A CONFESSION'S prime suspect Christopher Halliwell buckles as DS Steve Fulcher piles on the pressure in the search for missing Sian O'Callaghan.

The ITV drama focuses on the real life case of missing Sian in March 2011 and how DS Fulcher deliberately breached police procedure to catch her killer.

In episode three of the six part series, Steve is convinced Christopher - played by Joe Absolom - is the culprit, and starts the process of breaching police protocol to get the answers.

As they stand overlooking the Wiltshire countryside, Steve - played by Martin Freeman - tells Christopher: "You can stand there but I'm not going away.

"Right, we go back to the station and in about one hours time, the fact that you've been arrested - and who you are - will be in the press.

"By the end of this cycle, you will be vilified, Christopher and purely by association it will also be tough for your family."

As Christopher remains silent and stairs at the view, Steve steps closer and says: "This is your last chance, do the right thing and tell me where Sian is."

All of a sudden, Christopher looks up and asks: "You got a car?"

He then starts to walk towards the vehicles behind them, and taken aback, Steve quickly guides him into one of the back seats.

Viewers will have to wait and see where he takes the coppers, but they will be hoping the third episode doesn't contain as much 'shaky' camera work as the first two.

"Anyone know why the camera man filmed #AConfession on a unicycle?" one viewer tweeted.
"OMG the camera work in this show is horrendous - I’ve had a steadier hand in year 9 media studies Jesus Christ it’s so off putting," another added.
"Tried to watch #AConfession for the past half an hour due to the interesting plot and the great cast, but that shaky cam and continuous zooms. I can't take it anymore," a third wrote.
