NADIA Sawalha weighed in on "toxic" families on today's Loose Women amid her bitter feud with her sister Julia.
The 54-year-old actress is embroiled in a long-running feud with her younger sister - who publicly slammed Nadia on Twitter last month.
And it seemed today's Loose Women topic was seriously close to home for the panellist as she discussed Meghan Markle's relationship with her estranged father Thomas.
The American hit the headlines last week after he slammed his daughter for not letting him see his royal grandson Archie.
Debating whether or not Meghan should let her dad see her child, Nadia said: "It's so hard this one, isn't it?
"Because I'm thinking of the grandparents who love their grandchild very much and a couple breaks up and they don't allow them to see their grandchildren and that seems awful and cruel and wrong."
But when comparing the situation to her own experiences, she added: "And then you can think of another situation where maybe someone in your family has been toxic.
"I mean, Meghan Markle's father has sold all these stories on her and she's probably feeling very vulnerable about that and probably doesn't want to child to get to know him.
"They're so for-and-against it's hard to have one rule for it."
Nadia's comments come just weeks after her sister Julia lashed out at her on Twitter.
The Absolutely Fabulous star wrote: "So tired of #nadiasawalha talking about our 'stormy' relationship which she created.
"I've kept my privacy for six years to protect my family, whilst she talks lies & rubbish.
"You have destroyed our family so don't sit on TV with your fake tears to gain sympathy & attention."
Responding to a fan's comment, she wrote: "Yes well it's very difficult when you only see the story from one side. I'm not actually fighting, she is, but paints a very different picture publicly and I've had enough."
Julia was tipped over the edge after Nadia discussed her "volatile" relationship with her sister during a recent appearance on Loose Women.
The ex EastEnders actress said they had a "really volatile relationship" while on Loose Women, adding that they have had endured long periods of time where they didn't speak.
Visibly upset, Nadia explained: "She is totally amazing. She's really amazing my younger sister but we've always had a really volatile relationship.
"So we've always had periods of time in our life where we don't speak. I always say I have the best time or the worst time of my life with her. It's the same with both my sisters."

The latest tensions come almost two decades after the sisters had a bitter bust-up over Julia's then-boyfriend, Alan Davies.
Nadia publicly branded the comic "a miserable git" when he complained about photos of him at her wedding appearing in a magazine.
The star said at the time: "I’ve never liked one of Julia’s boyfriends yet. For a comedian, he’s a miserable git.
"We’ve had some rocky times, but the culprit has always been men."
