CORONATION Street fans joked that David Platt's prison cell must have a sunbed as actor Jack P Shepherd returned to the ITV soap with a suntan.
The troubled character has been wrongly imprisoned for stealing money from his grandma Audrey.

He was seen for the first time since being sent down earlier this week, and viewers were distracted by his deep tan.
David's bronzed skin was a far cry from how he appeared when stood in the dock at court, and fans couldn't help but poke fun at the obvious gaffe.
One tweeted: "Looks like David Platt’s prison has a sunbed."
Another added: "Why, David looks real tanned considering he's been in prison the last few weeks..."
A third said: "Where’s David in prison, Marbella?";
It is unsurprising that David looks as though he has spent the past few weeks lounging in the sun, as that is exactly what 31-year-old actor Jack has been doing while enjoying a break from filming.
The star kept his fans updated as he enjoyed three holidays in a month with girlfriend Hanni Treweek.

The loved-up pair enjoyed breaks in the Dominican Republic, New York City, and Mykonos - where they were joined by his two children from a previous relationship.
He is a dad to to 10-year-old Nyla and Reuben, six, with his ex-girlfriend Lauren Shippey who he split with in 2017, the same year he struck up a romance with Hanni.
The actor also has another son called Greyson, who was born in 2010.
