WAYNE Rooney gets into a hotel lift with a brunette at 5.30am after seven hours’ partying.
The married former England ace, 33, laughed and joked with the woman — dressed in a skimpy white top and high heels — at the end of the mammoth booze-up.
His wild night out with team-mates included visits to two clubs, chatting with three girls and jumping into a jacuzzi at a pal’s flat.
Rooney was spotted downing rum and cokes with other players at a club where he was also seen cosying up to another brunette.
The images will not go down well with wife Coleen as she waits for him to return to England from his stint playing in America.
The former Manchester United and England striker and his DC United pals were in the Canadian city of Vancouver last weekend for a match which they lost 1-0.
During the game, Rooney, 33, yelled four-letter expletives as he clashed with an official when he was substituted.
But some of the players, including Frenchman Frédéric Brillant, did not let the defeat dampen their spirits and headed out on the town.
Rooney strolled with a grey cap on and with his hoodie pulled up alongside a handful of players.
The group kicked off the evening about 10.30pm with dinner at a café. After a couple of hours they headed by taxi to the lively Granville district where the stars partied in a VIP area of the Twelve West nightclub.
A source at the club said: “They all started queuing and then the players got put into a VIP line.
“You could see the management were looking after them and they got in quite quickly.
“Inside, they were put in a VIP area, where they do bottle service and close to where there are a couple of girls dancing on raised podiums. It looked like a boys’ night out and the guys were having a few drinks and fist-bumping each other.
“Wayne spent a bit of time with his hoodie up and looking at his phone as he sat on the back of a sofa with his feet on the seat.
“It looked like he was trying to be inconspicuous but some people recognised him, although not that many. He was drinking what looked like rum and cokes but did not seem drunk at any point.”
As the evening went on, Rooney was spotted chatting intently with a brunette in high heels, a vest top and black leather trousers.
During their conversation her arm was draped across the star.
The source added: “After a while he seemed to stop chatting with the lads so much and was spending time with this girl, who was glamorous and in her 20s.
“It looked as if she knew who he was. They were talking quite closely and, for long periods, he wasn’t really speaking to anyone else. This was around 2 or 3am. They were putting their hands round each other a bit.
“It certainly seemed more than a bit of interaction with a fan who had come up to him.
“She was leaning into him and whispering stuff in his ear and he had his arms around her waist from behind at one point.
“They were together for more than an hour and danced a little bit although they didn’t go on to the dance floor.”
After they left the club, Brillant was seen ushering the group — including both brunettes, a blonde and the ex-England striker — into the back of a black stretch limo.
They were driven to the trendy Yaletown area where they partied at another club, Pierre’s, described as “Vancouver’s most exclusive champagne experience”.
A club source said: “We all knew Wayne Rooney was here.
“He was in good spirits and was with team-mates and a few girls. He was talking to everyone and even signed a couple of autographs.”
When the club closed, the group walked to a barman’s apartment to carry on partying. Wayne joined revellers jumping into the jacuzzi. The source added: “They had fun but nothing inappropriate happened.”
It was 5.30am before the players made it back to their team hotel, the 34-floor Hyatt Regency. Rooney was seen with a male pal and the brunette before the friend left and they headed towards the lift. An onlooker said: “Wayne was laughing and joking with this girl, who was attractive and had tattoos on her arm. They waited a while and got into a lift together.
“The pair still looked quite fresh and lively despite the time.”
Rooney left the hotel a few hours later on Sunday. Dressed in a club tracksuit, he smiled at fans before flying back to Washington DC.
While he was partying in Vancouver, Coleen, 33, was with their sons at home in Cheshire where she is focusing on family life in their new £20million home. On Monday she posted a picture of herself and two pals in matching outfits with the caption: “Girls night in. Perfect.”
He will return to England in the new year to become player-coach with Championship side Derby.
She was said to be the driving force behind his move, which has sparked criticism as betting company 32Red is paying some of his £100,000-a-week wages.
A source said: “This will embarrass Wayne because the Derby manager Phillip Cocu wants him to be a responsible mentor to the players, keeping them out of trouble. Part of his job will be to encourage them to behave the right way, not stay out late in clubs and bars.”
The Sun revealed recently that Rooney had vowed to go teetotal to save his marriage and avoid any more drink-fuelled escapades.
It came after he enjoyed a boozy night out with barmaid Vicki Rosiek in Florida, in February.
Afterwards Coleen was said to have hit the roof and yelled at him: “You’ve humiliated me again.”
It was not his first indiscretion. In September 2017, Rooney was arrested for drink-driving in the early hours at the wheel of party-girl Laura Simpson’s VW Beetle.

The player was later banned from driving for two years and handed community service.
Coleen, mum to Kai, nine, Klay, six, Kit, three and 18-month old Cass, was pregnant at the time.
In December, Rooney was arrested for being drunk and disorderly at Washington’s Dulles Airport after getting off a flight. Coleen has also been upset by the release of former escort Helen Wood’s autobiography in which she talked about her 2009 romp with the footballer and another call girl at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel.
Coleen went on a girls holiday to Ibiza last month to escape the fall-out from the book’s release. She also went on a family trip to Ireland without her husband.
During last Saturday’s game in Vancouver, Rooney was heard yelling “every f***ing game” at the fourth official as he was subbed late in the game. The next day, he went on Twitter to criticise the team’s travel arrangements as they returned to Washington.
Rooney said: “Looking forward to a 12-hour travel day which could be done in 6 but hey this is MLS.”
Yesterday, he was suspended for DC United’s game with Philadelphia Union after being sent off for lashing out at an opponent as his team lost 2-1 to the New York Red Bulls on Wednesday.
Last night a spokesman for Rooney declined to comment.
