Celebs Go Dating fans reckon Joshua Ritchie sees millionaire Charlotte Crosby as a ‘meal ticket’ after couples’ therapy
CHARLOTTE Crosby's boyfriend Joshua Ritchie has been accused of dating the mega-rich reality star for her money.
Fans of Celebs Go Dating took to social media during last night's episode, claiming Josh inadvertently revealed he was only with the former Geordie Shore star, 29, for her bulging bank balance.
The accusations stemmed from the pair appearing on the E4 hit to have some couples therapy- and viewers believed 25 year-old Josh's comments where very telling.
While Charlotte broke down in tears during her session with agent Anna Williamson, crying about moving to Bolton and complaining that her fella wouldn't let her bring her beloved dogs, Josh was having a session of his own with dating expert Paul C Brunson.
And it was that conversation that fans felt was very revealing.
Paul quizzed Joshua about why he liked Charlotte so much, and the former Love Island star answered: "There's something different about Charlotte."
Viewers were not impressed with his answer, claiming that the only thing he really sees in his girlfriend is her bank account.
One tweeted: "He's clearly in it for her money and fame."
A second said: "Josh isn't into Charlotte Crosby idc. If she was some regular girl who didn't have MTV money or in the public eye he wouldn't look at her twice."
A third weighed in: "As if Josh would ever dump Charlotte. She’s a multi-millionaire and she’s his meal ticket. That expensive watch and designer clothes won’t buy themselves. #CelebsGoDating."
Another commented with a meme of Kim Kardashian dropping wads of cash: "#CelebsGoDating Josh says something different about Charlotte. Hmmmm."
A fifth added: "Let's be honest would Josh be on this show or Charlottes show without Charlotte. No! He be on panelist shows taking any job available! He knows this, does make you think about his loyalty to Charlotte and what he would lose by dumping her. #CelebsGoDating."
Charlotte recently hinted that she is pregnant as she plans to move in with Josh.
The Geordie lass shared a picture of herself with Josh looking glam as she celebrated moving into their first home together on Instagram.
Wearing a blouse, white trousers and tousled hair, Charlotte look smitten as she gazed at the former Love Island star, who opted for a casual look in a black zip jacket, white t-shirt and jeans.
She wrote: "Cheers to the next chapter. Celebrating the fact we get the keys to our little home together in 2 days.
"CANT BELIEVE IM GUNNA LIVE WITH A BOY."
Reposting the snap on to her Story, Charlotte went on to added: "NEXT STOP BABIESSSSS."
The gushing post didn't go amiss with Josh's mum, Karen, who further fuelled speculation that the reality star is expecting.
She wrote on the snap: "My future grandchild right there @charlottegshore @joshuaritchie1 there we go number 10."
In another comment, Karen added: "Cannot wait here's we're the fun starts. It will be perfect".
Charlotte, who suffered from an ectopic pregnancy in 2016, has always been vocal when it comes to starting a family with Josh.
In January, the star revealed her plans to get pregnant next year while appearing on Good Morning Britain.
Talking to host Ben Shepherd, she said: "Next year! Me and Josh.
"I would like to yes, I'm 29 this year so I'll be 30 next year and I'm really ready to start a family."
The former Geordie Shore star has also previously admitted that becoming a mum would be "her dream,"; but insisted Josh was "still quite young."
She told : “I don’t want to be an old mum, I want to be a cool young mum.
“Having a family is the one thing in life I really want – I’ve done so much with my life already, and becoming a mum is my dream.”
The pair have been in an on/off relationship since last February.
