DIY SOS host Nick Knowles, 56, is dating PR girl Emily Hallinan who is 30 years his junior
HE’S a pro at flatpack, can still pull off a pair of budgie smugglers and has an album of country love songs under his belt.
So it’s no surprise women still fall at the feet of Nick Knowles.
The DIY SOS host has been dating a PR executive who, at 26, is less than half his 56 years. Nick and Emily Hallinan were seen out together at a performance of West End production Everybody’s Talking About Jamie on Tuesday night.
An onlooker said: “They arrived pretty incognito but were definitely on a date inside.
“She was cosying up to him during the show and they shared a couple of tender moments during the emotional parts.
“It didn’t appear to be a serious relationship but it’s clear that they were into each other.”
The couple appear to have met on Twitter last year when Emily exchanged messages with Nick over a work project, describing it as a “fantastic opportunity”.
He replied telling her that she could “DM him” to get in touch — and clearly she did.
A source close to the TV host said: “Nick stays pretty quiet about his love life these days but is enjoying playing the field and meeting new people.
“He thinks Emily is great and is keen to see where things go.”
Nick, who showed off his red swimming trucks during his stint on I’m A Celebrity was also seen returning from a night out with a mystery blonde early this month.
If his success with women is down to those budgie smugglers, then I’d better get myself down to Sports Direct.

Ariana's sweet return
ARIANA Grande salutes fans at the opening night of the European leg of her Sweetener world tour.
Harry Styles, Millie Bobby Brown and Scarlett Moffatt were in the crowd for the first of five shows at London’s O2 Arena on Saturday – her first there in four years.
And things got even sweeter for the singer backstage when she was presented with a huge pink telephone box packed with sweets and flowers as a thank you from the venue.
Ariana had been due to play two nights there in 2017 on her Dangerous Woman tour but cancelled the shows following the terrorist attack at her concert in Manchester.
But she kept things light on Saturday night, not referring to the incident during her 27-song set.
As well as several costume changes, she made the show a spectacle by performing under a gigantic moon which was suspended above the audience.
It’s good to have her back.

ONCE Upon A Time In Hollywood’s Margot Robbie once wrote to Quentin Tarantino, asking to be in one of his films. She said about the letter: “I needed to figure out a way to get on to set . . . I knew I wasn’t in that position yet.”
Headie's One to watch
COLLABORATIONS with UK heavyweights Stefflon Don, Skepta and Dave mean Headie One is a force to be reckoned with.
Good job he’s got a stellar mixtape to back that up with.
I got a sneak peek at his Music X Road – released on Friday – and it’s going to be one of the records of the year. Standout song is Both, which samples Ultra Nate’s Nineties classic Free, and I can see it storming up the charts. Also featuring on the 15-track record are Krept And Konan, on Let’s Go, and NAV on Swerve – and both are bangers.
North Londoner Headie is touring the UK from October, starting off in Cardiff and finishing in November at London’s O2 Academy. He also plays Reading and Leeds festivals this weekend.
This guy is grime’s next big thing.
Craig's settling on a new flava
TWO decades ago, Craig David sang he was “walking away from the troubles in my life” – now he’s walking away from the US.
The Brit garage star has moved back to England after more than six years at his bachelor pad in Miami.
He put the £4.6million penthouse on the market last month to relocate back to London full-time following his 2016 music comeback.
In an exclusive interview, he said: “It was probably one of the easiest decisions to make, funnily enough.
“I went there and it was cool but when I started seeing the music connecting here, I felt grounded when I came back home.
“For me it was important to set roots here. It was a bit of closure . . . I don’t need two places.”
Craig will release his new tune Do You Miss Me Much on Thursday.
And his TS5 show – inspired by the house parties he used to throw at his Miami crib – is taking over a stage at South London’s SW4 Festival on Saturday, with Sigma closing it.
Craig had decked out his beach-front home in Florida pad with white furniture and photos of half-naked women on the walls, but admitted he’s done a lot of maturing since then.
He said: “It was definitely a phase. I wanted to create a proper house party atmosphere.
“I was throwing those house parties and to see it come full circle and to bring that here is unbelievable. But I’m in a different place.
“I’m 38, I’ve grown up, you change in the things that are important to you. My home is my sanctuary.
“I go home and it grounds me and it balances me.
“It’s not like, go home and turn it into a giant house party, because I get to do that when I go out and do my performances.
“It’s about not burning the candle at both ends.”
And now he’s back, Craig finally feels ready to find love and settle down.
He said: “It was important for me to go through different phases and then come back and actually be in a place where I’m like, I’m open.
“I am now receptive to things. I know where I’m going and I know what I’m looking for.”
Judging by how wild women go for him at his shows, he will have no shortage of offers.

GEORDIE Shore’s Chloe Ferry has shared messages between ex Sam Gowland and Love Island’s Amber Davies after accusing them of having sex. They strongly deny ever having a relationship, but Amber has admitted messaging him.
Jamie and Katie split
JAMIE Foxx’s six-year relationship with Katie Holmes is over for good.
Rumours of trouble in paradise have surrounded the Hollywood couple and I can now confirm the love match is as dead as a dodo.
The Django Unchained actor, 51, is dating a teenage singer who he has already moved into his Los Angeles home.
Jamie and Sela Vave, 19, have been together for two months and the Unpredictable singer has been helping her with music.
A source close to Jamie said: “They’ve been dating on the quiet for a good two months now.
“He’s been helping her out with her music career and because they’ve been seeing so much of each other he felt it was only right to move in.
“They’ve grown really close and she’s helped him get over Katie.”
The pair were seen holding hands at the weekend at a Hollywood club while Katie – once married to Tom Cruise – was spotted looking happy and relaxed on her own on the other side of the US in New York.
She and Jamie started dating in 2013. The last time they were seen together was in May when they attended the Met Gala as a couple.
It didn’t take long for Jamie to move on.
Mad on pizza
JUDGING by her name, I’d have thought Madonna would be more of a doner kebab girl after a night on the sauce.
But she tucked into a slice of pizza after downing shots on the dancefloor to celebrate her 61st birthday in New York at the weekend.
Madonna partied at Madame X nightclub, also the name of her latest album, and sang Elton John’s Your Song with her son David Banda.
She may look only half her age but I bet the hangover isn’t as easy to shift as it used to be.
