THE third instalment of controversial Netflix show 13 Reasons Why is available to watch NOW.
The new trailer - which was released in August 2019 - revealed that something mysterious has happened to Bryce Walker - but is he actually dead? Here's a guide to the hot new series...
What has happened to Bryce Walker on 13 Reasons Why?
When the first trailer for season three of 13 Reasons Why dropped in July 2019 fans were shocked to see that evil Bryce Walker was dead.
He is alive and well at the end of season two - so what has happened?
A second trailer then dropped in August 2019 which showed Clay Jensen being arrested.
So far, all that fans know is that the show's villain was shot dead - and the next 13 episodes of the new series will be an intense whodunnit.
In the second clip Clay is seen being confronted by the authorities - with his attorney mum Lainie stating: "The police think that you did [it]!".
Emotional Clay, played by Dylan Minnette, can also be seen tearfully exclaiming: "This whole f***ing world is better without him in it", showing zero remorse for Bryce's murder.
Although the trailer is pointing to Clay as the main suspect, fans believe that this is a red herring - and are adamant that he is innocent.
When was 13 Reasons Why season three released on Netflix?
Season three of 13 Reasons Why was released on Netflix TODAY at 8am (August 23, 2019).
You can binge watch all 13 episodes at once and catch up with seasons one to two.
The first two series were about the suicide of teenager Hannah Baker (played by Katherine Langsford).
However, as we have already covered, the show is likely to focus on the death of Bryce Walker and move away from the Hannah story.
How did 13 Reasons Why season two end?
WARNING: Contains spoilers from the seasons two finale
The final scenes of season two saw Tyler Down being raped in the bathroom, before arriving at his school prom with an assortment of guns.
It was then speculated that Tyler would be the focus of season three, as he had been through so much trauma before the end of the last series.
However, this now seems unlikely although he may still be the person who murders Bryce.
Will this be the last series of 13 Reasons Why?
Fans don't need to worry just yet as there will be ONE more series after this.
Netflix have confirmed that season four - which is likely to be out in 2020 - will be the last season.
A spokesperson for the streaming network told : “Series four will feature the core cast's graduation from High School which will be a natural conclusion to the show.”
With currently no idea how or why Bryce has been killed, it's unclear what season four will cover, other than the graduation.
