Coronation Street’s Lucy-Jo Hudson announces she’s pregnant with new man Lewis Devine after split from Alan Halsall
CORONATION Street star Lucy-Jo Hudson has announced she’s pregnant with her new man Lewis Devine after her split from Alan Halsall.
The 36-year-old - who is already mum to a daughter Sienna, five, - shared the news today with a picture of her scan, revealing their excitement.
She wrote: "This has been so hard to keep quiet but today was the day @lewisdevine and I got to tell Sienna the best news!!!
“We are 13 weeks pregnant and so very excited to extend our little family.... Sienna is so excited to be a big sister.... and Lew is ecstatic to become a daddy for the first time and I am so happy to be having another gorgeous baby! No other feeling like it xxx”
Lucy-Jo started dating fellow actor Lewis last year after meeting on the set of Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs in 2017.
The actress - who is best known for playing Katy Harris in the ITV soap - split from fellow Corrie star Alan, who plays Tryone Dobbs, in 2018.
Prior to their split in May of last year, the pair had previously decided to end their marriage in March 2016 but found themselves rekindling their love for one another just months later.
The pair met on the set of the long-running ITV1 soap when she joined the cast in 2002 and they started dating in 2004.
They married in June 2009 and their daughter was born in September 2013.
Alan, 37 , is now dating Tisha Merry - who also starred in Coronation Street.
He just celebrated his birthday on holiday alongside Tisha and his daughter Sienna, who has grown close to the new woman in his life.
In a candid post Lucy-Jo admitted it was tough sending her daughter on holiday with Alan, telling fans: "My last day with Sienna before she goes on holiday with her daddy.

Lucy-Jo took on the role of Katy Harris in Coronation Street from 2002 to 2005.
She went on to play prostitute Donna-Marie Quinn in Hollyoaks but left last year.
