LOVE Island winner AMBER GILL is ready for her next big TV gig – Dancing On Ice.
It follows the success of previous contestants Kem Cetinay and Wes Nelson on the talent show.
Despite winning Love Island with Greg O’Shea, execs know the feisty Geordie is more in demand.
A telly source said: “The Dancing On Ice casting team are delighted with the decision to snap up Amber.
“Love Island contestants always do really well on the series as they are still fresh in everyone’s minds.
“Amber is a stunning girl and they know she’ll look fabulous in all the sequinned costumes. She has a gutsy personality, too, so will make excellent viewing.”
Amber starts rehearsing later this year. But let’s hope her romance survives any temptation from hunky skaters.
It comes as fellow Love Islander Anton Danyluk said the couple would be first to split, as Irish lad Greg was “too nice for her”.
I can’t see any of this year’s Island relationships lasting past Christmas.

Megan: I'm Demi-attached
TALK about being caught red-handed. Megan Barton-Hanson was seen snogging Towie’s Demi Sims despite denying The Sun’s story revealing they are an item.
Footage from the wrap party of Celebs Go Dating – the E4 show on which they met – shows them entering hand-in-hand before sharing a smooch.
A show insider said: “Megan and Demi are really happy together and a good match. At the party they couldn’t keep their hands off each other and were snogging like teenagers. They made it official last night.”
The Love Islander played it down when she was seen holding hands with Demi and grabbing each other’s bums at an ITV do. Megan told Loose Women: “We held hands. I think I’d had one too many drinks.”
Corrie abuse horror
AIDAN Connor’s suicide in Coronation Street last year was devastating – and now the soap is taking another dark turn.
Gemma Winter’s world is set to be torn apart when it is revealed that her stepdad Kel abused her twin brother Paul when he was a teen.
Kel will reunite with the twins’ mum Bernie – but she and her daughter are unaware of what he did to Paul.
Paul, played by Peter Ash, tries to come to terms with the abuse and his desire for justice.
Producer Ian Macleod said: “This story sensitively explores something that is tragically all too common in families.”
The charity Survivors Manchester is advising on the story. Let’s hope the storyline allows people who have survived similar abuse to find their voice.
Naked role for Lauren
FORMER Celebrity Big Brother contestant Lauren Harries is to be the first famous face on Channel 4’s Naked Attraction.
Trans TV personality Lauren came third on CBB in 2013 – and was well-known in the Eighties as the ten-year-old antiques expert on BBC1’s Wogan.
She will be one of the contestants whose bodies are slowly revealed from behind a screen, during the dating show’s fifth series, which begins on August 21.
A lucky “picker” then gets to choose which contestant they want to take on a date.
A TV insider said: “Given the format of Naked Attraction, we aren’t going to say which episode she will be appearing on as we want to maintain the surprise.”
The show was praised for breaking down barriers when it featured two transgender contestants in 2017.
The insider added: “Lauren isn’t the first trans contestant on the show but she’s definitely the first celebrity that’s been on.
“And she makes a big impression during her upcoming episode – in fact it’s probably one of the best Naked Attractions ever.”
Lauren certainly made an impression when, in 2013, she boasted she had bedded lothario comic Russell Brand. He denied it saying: “I didn’t have it off with the antiques kid off Wogan.”

He introduces Nick to a business associate called Derek Milligan and suggests he could restore the factory and rent it to Underworld.
However, the touted deal would put Gary in charge of the building work – though he was the one who caused the collapse.
