When she revealed her first pregnancy in January, the Celebrity Big Brother star admitted to The Sun Online that she was left in complete shock by the news and refused to reveal who the baby's father is.
She admitted that her pregnancy wasn't all plain sailing due to the backlash she received for selling x-rated pics and modelling while carrying her first child.
She was also the victim cruel online trolling as they targeted the size of her bump, questioning if she was actually pregnant.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, the 31-year-old revealed that she received death threats over her "flat tummy" from mum-shamers who accused her of faking her pregnancy.
Jemma also faced criticism over her decision to travel abroad on holiday at this stage of her pregnancy and angered fans for continuing to ride her horse and go out clubbing.
The star bounced back after giving birth and shocked fans as she flaunted her amazing hour glass figure on social media, saying that she still went to the gym to look good for her job.
"I stayed in the gym throughout my whole pregnancy," said Jemma.
"Even when times got tough and I was really tired, I just pushed through it emotionally and physically.
"It has paid off because I worked for it. I need to look good for my job and because I can't go back to the gym for about six weeks after birth I'm glad I did all the hard work beforehand."
