KATIE Price's ex Kieran Hayler had shared a graphic picture of their daughter Bunny being born by C-section to celebrate her fifth birthday.
The 32-year-old was in the delivery room and managed to capture the shocking moment the child was removed, screaming, from Katie’s tummy.
He posted the picture on Instagram, writing: "Haha happy birthday bunny" followed by five rabbit emojis.
The eye-popping image shows Katie lying in her hospital bed while a surgeon helps the tot out of her tummy and into the world.
Katie was forced to have an emergency C-section when she went into labour with her second daughter six weeks early.
Judging from Kieran's pictures, Bunny has been spending much of her birthday today with her dad, with him sharing videos of her opening her presents.
She was seen unwrapping a LOL doll, a micro scooter, a slime kit and a doll of Princess Anna doll from Frozen.
Later, Kieran, Bunny and her brother Jett had an enormous Sunday lunch at a pub in Chiddingfold, Surrey.
Meanwhile, Katie sent her daughter an Instagram post to mark her birthday, posting a picture of them snuggling when she was a baby.
She wrote: "I love you. My gorgeous little bunny bops is 5 today."
The Sun Online revealed last week that Katie was unable to attend Bunny’s birthday party because she was banned under the terms of a restraining order.
The reality star was forbidden from going to the party because Kieran Hayler’s new girlfriend Michelle Penticost has a court order which means Katie can’t approach her or have any contact with her for five years.
A source close to Katie says: “It’s not that Katie isn’t invited, it’s just that she can’t go, legally.
“Kieran’s not going to tell his own girlfriend, who Bunny adores, that she can’t come to the party, so Katie will have to stay away.

"It’s awkward but it’s a situation that’s her fault. She can celebrate another time with Bunny.”
Katie’s PR denied she was banned from the party.
The star was slapped with the restraining order back in June after pleading guilty to using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress towards Michelle.
Horsham Magistrates Court heard how Katie unleashed a tirade of abuse at her ex's new girlfriend in September 2018 after spotting her in the school playground – calling her a “f****** c***” .
