Inside new Strictly dancer Nancy Xu’s glam off-screen life – travelling all over the world with gorgeous choreographer boyfriend

STRICTLY Come Dancing's newest professional dancer Nancy Xu lives a very glamorous life off-screen.

The 28-year-old regularly travels the globe with her gorgeous choreographer boyfriend.

And she shares her globe-trotting snaps with her followers on social media.

Nancy clearly enjoys the sea - a number of her pictures include her enjoying the water as she soaked up the sun in a bikini.

And she's doing it all with her man by her side.

The BBC yesterday revealed that Nancy will be joining the hit ballroom series.

A post on the show's official Twitter page said: "We’ve got a new #Strictly pro-dancer. Meet Nancy Xu! Happy Birthday Nancy and welcome to the show!"

Nancy hails from China and was a finalist on the country's version of So You Think You Can Dance.

She has also starred in hit West End show Burn The Floor - which has also featured current pros Kevin and Karen Clifton as well as Graziano Di Prima.

Following the announcement, Nancy said: "I'm thrilled and excited!

"I cannot wait to start this new journey with all these amazing people and share the magic together.

"Thank you so much Strictly for one of the most beautiful birthday gifts ever, thank you for making my dream come true!"

Nancy's arrival comes after fan favourite Pasha Kovalev announced his departure at the end of the 2018 series.

She will join fellow female pros Oti Mabuse - sister of new judge Motsi - Katya Jones, Karen Clifton, Luba Mushtuk, Nadiya Bychkova, Janette Manrara, Dianne Buswell and Amy Dowden.

Meanwhile the male professionals for the 2019 series are AJ Pritchard, Aljaz Skorjanec, Gorka Marquez, Giovanni Pernice, Graziano Di Prima, Neil Jones, Johannes Radebe, Anton Du Beke and reigning champion, Kevin Clifton.

Nancy is a specialist in Latin and was a finalist in the U21 World Championships in 2010, as well as taking third place in the 2010-2012 CBDF National Amateur Latin Championships.

She was also a runner up at the 2013 International Singapore Championships.
