KERRY Katona has revealed she sees late ex-husband George Kay ‘everywhere’ and is in therapy to help her deal with his sudden passing aged 39.
The ex-rugby player is believed to have died after “eating a quantity of cocaine” at the Holiday Inn in Runcorn, Cheshire.
The mum-of-five found herself thrust back into the spotlight on Saturday 6th July when her estranged husband was found dead after a suspected drug overdose.
Kerry and George began dating in 2012 after meeting as teenagers, and wed in September 2014, five months after she had their daughter Dylan-Jorge, now five years old.
Speaking to new! magazine about the recent trauma, Kerry said: “I saw a therapist and she told me to think of something happy, but I just can’t.
“I keep seeing George all over the house.
“I can smell him, I can hear the sound of his voice, I can visualise him. It’s like a scene from a film. I can feel his skin. He had the softest skin.
“I can see him over the kitchen sink with a knife. I can picture his feet, his hands, everything. I see him on the bed, I picture his clothes in the wardrobe, I see him everywhere.
“His face, just lying there, dead… it’s all I can see. It’s haunting.”
The couple, who had a turbulent relationship, split in 2015 and Kerry had also taken out a restraining order against him.
The Atomic Kitten star had begged George to divorce her but on their last meeting 18 months ago, he replied: “You’re my wife and you’ll always be my wife.”
Speaking to The Sunday People, she said: “George was the nicest guy you could ever meet. He’d take care of my nan! But then he was a complete psycho.
“He’d come into the house, off his head hallucinating and get a knife, while the children were there.
“He would steal my credit card to buy me gifts, and then threaten to stab me in the head.

Kerry, is also mum to Molly, 17, and younger daughter Lilly-Sue, 14, with ex-husband Brian McFadden, and Heidi, 10, Max, nine, from her relationship with Mark Croft, was targeted by Fathers4Justice, who implied Kerry was responsible for George's apparent overdose.
Claiming she refused him access to their daughter Dylan-Jorge, the official Fathers 4 Justice Twitter account tweeted in response to one of her posts: "Kerry Katona says 'you are allowed to 'terminate' toxic relationships.' Yes Kerry, you are entitled to end relationships.
"You are NOT entitled to END a child's relationship with their dad.
