IN the two and a half years since George Michael’s death, his boyfriend Fadi Fawaz has stayed quiet about the intimate details of their relationship.
But the ex-hairdresser is now planning to reveal a stream of secrets about their life together if he is permanently booted out of the late singer’s £5million home.
The aspiring artist and photographer has been squatting in the house — left to George’s sisters in his will — since the star died on Christmas Day in 2016.
But I can reveal the Wham! singer’s family are reluctantly considering letting Fadi move back because they are terrified he will lift the lid on his relationship with George.
A friend said: “Fadi has mentioned before that he would be interested in a Netflix-style film on George’s life. It would include unseen pictures and video which Fadi has in his possession.
“In an ideal world George’s family just want him out of the house and out of their life.
“But, equally, they know there is a lot Fadi could say about his time with George and what has happened since he died.
“Fadi has a lot of film, photos and diary entries about his time with George and he knows people would be queuing around the block to listen to his story.
“Up until now he has always insisted that out of respect for the family and George he would never do that.
“But if the relationship with George’s family completely breaks down then Fadi would definitely consider it. George’s family are very private people so this is the last thing they would want.
“They don’t want Fadi talking about his time with George and that’s why they are considering letting him stay at the house in the future.
“But they want assurances it will be kept in a proper condition because in the past few weeks things there have been going to wrack and ruin.”
Fadi was snubbed in George’s will, the contents of which were revealed last month.
There’s no easy way out of this sorry state of affairs now.

- ELTON John marked almost three decades of sobriety yesterday. He wrote on Instagram: “29 years ago today, I was a broken man. I finally summoned the courage to say three words that would change my life: ‘I need help’. Thank you to all the selfless people who have helped me on my journey through sobriety. I am eternally grateful.”
- Kaiser Chiefs are on course for the highest new entry of the week in the albums chart with their seventh record, Duck. It is the first album in three years for singer Ricky Wilson and the band – and 14 years after their debut, Employment. Duck trails Ed Sheeran’s No.6 Collaborations Project, which is due to spend a third week running in the No1 spot.
- Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson yesterday joked that he was a relative of new Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Speaking on Good Morning Britain, he said: “He’s family, by the way. You don’t know that – now all of Britain knows. He’s my cousin. It’s like looking in the mirror.” Backtracking, he later tweeted: “Maybe we’re not related after all.”
- Despite two top ten albums, Take Me To Church singer Hozier has admitted he isn’t a fan of some of his tunes because they are so hard to perform live. Speaking on Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place podcast, he said: “The songs are hard to sing. I’m constantly writing songs and regretting that I’m writing them because they are quite difficult.”
The 'man to take on Bond
IF Hugh Jackman wants to take over as James Bond, this is the perfect photo to send to film bosses.
He channelled Daniel Craig in 2006's Casino Royale as he emerged from the sea after a dip at Sydney’s Bondi Beach.
Hugh would probably have to find some smaller trunks if he really wanted to be 007, but it turns out The Greatest Showman star has other ambitions.
Speaking in Australia, he said: "I would love to be able to do a movie musical every few years and I’m really ready to go back on Broadway, because I haven’t done a musical on Broadway for 15 years.
“I’ve done my own one-man show but not that. I’m really ready to do that.”
Katie's home under the hammer?
KATIE Price is not one to follow the rules and she’s now got council officials on her tail because of it.
The reality star is being investigated after she failed to get planning permission for renovations to her West Sussex mansion.
Horsham Council launched enforcement action after she began work on a new gym, beauty studio and horse exercise arena at the £1.5million pile.
It has seen the estate turned into a giant building site, with enormous mounds of soil piled on the driveway and scaffolding surrounding the walls.
The lavish £250,000 renovation was meant to pave the way for Katie’s big showbiz comeback.
She recently claimed she is engaged to fitness instructor fella Kris Boyson and that Ed Sheeran has written a track on her new album.
But now she could be ordered to tear down the building improvements and pay thousands in fines under council regulations if it rules against her. I can’t imagine the tantrum that would ensue.
She narrowly avoided bankruptcy at a High Court hearing and was warned the nine-bed home could be put up for auction to cover her debts.
When asked for comment on the investigation, a council spokesman said: “We do not comment on the situations of individual residents.”
Jesy's in the news
JESY Nelson looks like she’s been pining for a job on Bizarre with this latest outfit.
The Little Mix singer sported a boob-tube with newspaper cutting prints on it.
She posted the snap on Instagram and even her boyfriend and former Love Island star Chris Hughes couldn’t help but poke fun. He said: “You’re the fish to my chips.”
She and her bandmates performed their new single Bounce Back on The Voice Kids UK final at the weekend, ahead of the launch of their LM5 tour in September.
The concerts kick off in Liverpool on September 1 before romping around Europe and ending with legs in Australia and New Zealand in December.
An outfit with my face on it would be perfect for the big stage.

Disney makes Bey a king-sized offer
THE Lion King has become the fifth-biggest film of the year in the UK after just a fortnight – and Beyonce could be about to repeat her success.
The superstar is in talks with Disney to continue their partnership by becoming a producer on another project.
She is already creating films with her entertainment company Parkwood but Disney want her input on its films too.
An industry insider said: “Beyonce’s deal with Disney for The Lion King was one of the biggest it has done to date.
“Now they want to expand on it by giving her free rein to create her own movies under the Disney umbrella.
"She is producing projects with Parkwood Entertainment but Disney bosses would like her to do the same for them in a partnership that would make her millions.
“The conversations are ongoing but it’s an exciting proposition.”
The Lion King, in which Beyonce voices Nala, topped the box office for the second week in a row at the weekend, taking in £10.6million in the UK and Ireland.
It’s now earned £36.9million here, with only Avengers: Endgame, Toy Story 4, Captain Marvel and Aladdin making more.
No matter what happens, Disney is laughing all the way to the bank.

Adam's not faking hit
ADAM Lambert is doing everything differently on his fourth album, Velvet, after growing tired of the industry.
He admitted he has sacrificed his creative freedom in the past in a bid to get a hit single but insists he won’t be doing that now.

In an exclusive interview, Adam said: “I got burnt out playing the Top 40 game. If you put out a song that someone else wrote and you’re just trying to get a hit, then you have to sing it everywhere and you’re like, ‘I don’t really feel this.’
“The audience knows better. People aren’t stupid.
“I’ve definitely been like, ‘Do I really believe in this?’ ”
