PHILLIP Schofield and Holly Willoughby got the party started early during their last This Morning show for the summer, hitting the booze while still on the air.
The cheeky pair - who are now on holiday for two months - made the most of a segment about summery tipples, getting stuck into various cocktails.
As the show's resident booze expert Ollie Smith poured them a champagne cocktail, Holly, 38, turned to Phil, 57, and said: You're going to like this by the way."
After sampling the fizz, Holly enthused: "That's nice...love that."
Seconded Phil:"That's really lovely."
The co-presenters then went on to try a gin-based English Summer Highball, which Holly called "beautiful" and admitted she could have drank the whole thing.
"That's danger, danger, you could just quaff that like a lemonade," she exclaimed.
When Ollie gave them a non-alcoholic alternative to try - a sparkling water he dubbed Sham-pagne - Phil was visibly unimpressed.
"It's very refreshing," said the silver fox. "But no, thank you."
Holly and Phil then returned to the hard stuff, finishing off the segment with an Aperol Spritz each.
Breaking into a big grin, Holly admitted she was "really into" Aperol and said it "tastes like nothing else."
Phil then joked that Holly will be drinking so much of the stuff during her summer break, she will turn orange.
"A lot of people think at the end of the summer when Holly comes back that she has got an incredible tan," he deadpanned. "It's not true, she has been dyed by this stuff."
As the pair then introduced the next link, Holly announced she would have to stop drinking because she had to face off against Phil in a game of 'Guess The Gadget'.
"I'm putting that down," she said, placing the glass on the kitchen counter. "I need all my faculties."
But a competitive Phil joked: "Please drink more!"
The giddy pair were clearly having a ball in their final outing of the series, as Phil later stuck his tongue out behind Holly's back when she beat him in the game.
And as they said farewell to the viewers before their summer break (Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford will host from Monday) Phil revealed that he and Holly would be keeping the drink flowing all afternoon.

"We'll see you in September," he told viewers before turning to his pal and adding: "I'll see you at the bar!"
Holly and Phil then shared a hug before the credits rolled.
The popular duo have made no secret over the years of their love of a tipple or two.
Holly once revealed that a boozy lunch with Phil "nearly killed" her.
And, of course, they famously hosted the show hungover in January 2016 after a big night celebrating their National TV Awards win.
