Amanda Holden lands new TV role after reigniting her feud with This Morning’s Phillip Schofield
AMANDA Holden has landed a new television role after reigniting her This Morning feud with Phillip Schofield.
The Britain's Got Talent judge, 48, will guest host Sky One's sports comedy panel show A League of Their Own, replacing regular presenter James Corden.
It comes amid a bitter spat between her and Phil after claims he cost her a plum presenting role on This Morning when Holly Willoughby was in Australia filming I'm A Celebrity last year.
Amanda was said to have been told she had the job informally before Phil's alleged actions.
The row has since spilled into the open with Amanda taking shots at Phil on her radio show this week, and Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan backing her in a recent interview.
Amanda will now stand in for Corden when he is unavailable due to filming clashes with the Gavin and Stacey Christmas Special and his US talk show.
Other gaps will be filled by a string of guests hosts including sports presenter Clare Balding.
Former A League Of Their Own panellist and comedian Jack Whitehall, show regular David Walliams and British sprinter Dina Asher Smith will also host episodes.
Comedian Romesh Ranganathan, who replaced Whitehall as a panellist, completes the guest host line-up.
Former professional footballer Jamie Redknapp and ex-cricketer Andrew Flintoff will return as team captains.

Guests taking part in the upcoming series include boxer Tony Bellew, I'm A Celebrity winner Harry Redknapp, gymnast Max Whitlock and former professional footballers David Ginola, Robin van Persie and Jermaine Jenas.
England cricketer Jimmy Anderson, Olympic gold medal-winning hockey player Sam Quek and TV presenter Helen Skelton will also feature.
A League Of Their Own will air on Sky One and streaming service NOW TV later this year.
