Despite the delay, by the looks of things it seems that it's going to be worth the wait, as cameras show a high-speed car chase, a sexy club scene, footage of Daniel on the beach and explosions.

And fans can't seem to continue their excitement either as they began commenting on the video that was posted on the franchise's official Twitter account.

One wrote: "I can't bloody wait. Super excited."

While another commented: "Ooh it looks awesome."

However, others urged the film bosses to release the name of the film after months of speculation.

"Give us the title you cowards," said one.

Another chimed in: "Announce the title soon please!!"

Filming for the new film was halted earlier this year, after Craig seriously injured his ankle and then last month, and a crew member was hurt in an explosion on set.

A source told The Sun that the performer – who insists on doing nearly all of his own stunts - flew into a frustrated rage after the tumble in May.

They said: “Daniel was suited and booted for one of the last scenes in Jamaica.

“He was sprinting during filming when he slipped and fell quite awkwardly.

“He was in quite a lot of pain and was complaining about his ankle.

“As you’d expect he was also pretty angry that it had happened. He threw his suit jacket on the ground in sheer frustration.”

The actor was later forced to undergo an ankle operation, with the recovery impacting his ability to keep his left knee and leg muscles strong enough to run at full speed on set.

A source told The Sun: "No-one knows yet how not being able to do his daily physio workouts for his knees and legs, as he recovers, will impact his running.”

And it became a  fight against time to get Craig “up to speed” for a hectic schedule of on set chases planned.

But, the star retained a physio and trainer to keep an eye on his welfare, as well as a chef to ensure his physique was impressively ripped.

“But now the Bond car has arrived and Daniel is on the mend. It’s the best bit of news they’ve had for a long time.
