Love Island’s Danny Williams boasted about being a model – but here’s why you don’t recognise him
LOVE Island star Danny Williams boasted about being a model but you wouldn't know it - because they chopped his head off in the pictures.
River Island Men hired the 21-year-old star to strut his stuff in swimwear, shorts and even suits before decapitating him in the shots.
Danny from Hull, the newest arrival in the show, is a full-time model who has wasted no time trying to chat up the likes of Amber Gill.
Last night, he told her: "I'm a model, that's what I do for a living."
However, she might not be so impressed by these snaps - because fashion bosses don't seem to believe his face made the grade.
Nonetheless, he looks undeniably chiselled posing in just the sort of brightly-coloured swimwear he will be sporting on the show.
And in many of the shots, his chin and the bottom part of his nose does get a look-in - which to be fair to the lad is just how River Island shoot their models.
His face has of course been included in some of his work for other brands, with the lad having done shoots for GymShark, Moschino and Mr Porter.
Danny is left torn between Yewande Biala and Molly-Mae Hague in tonight's episode - after the scientist made it clear he is the only boy she fancies.
In tonight's show he tells her: "I can see something with me and you. People keep saying to me ‘What do you think of Yewande?’ and I say ‘She’s stunning’.
"I feel like we were both on the same page straight away.”
Yewande, 23, replies: “I just don’t want to feel like I’m stealing you away from anyone because I know that Molly fancies you.”
Danny replies: “I need to have a couple of days to figure everybody out.
"I don’t think I’ve clicked with anybody as much as I have clicked with you. That’s a fact and everyone can see it.”

As well as fashion modelling, Danny has also covered a number of popular magazines.
They include Desnudo Italia and Attitude’s December 2018 issue with Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards.
He said: "When that came out, it went viral! I met all the girls, there was me and three other lads and we all did separate shots with a girl each and we did group shots at the end.
"My shot with Jade was on the front cover. It was a really cool shot!";
Danny has mixed things up on Love Island ever since he joined, taking both Yewande and Amber on dates.
He seemed to have hit it off with Yewande as they spoke about their shared love of Chinese food and how Danny matches her description of her ideal man.
She asked said her perfect guy needed to be tall and athletic, to which Danny replied: "I’m quite tall. I’m 6ft2."
She replied: "That’s good. Someone who is genuine, honest and you can have a normal conversation with. Good vibes."
He said: "I like to think I tick a lot of those boxes" for Yewande to reply: "I think you do too."
However, if any of the Islanders are River Island shoppers, they could be forgiven for totally failing to recognise his face.
