The Voice Kids 2019 – time, judges and everything you need to know
THE Voice Kids is back for its third series with talented youngsters showing off their vocal range.
Here's what time to catch it on ITV.
When is The Voice Kids starting and what time does it air on TV?
The Voice Kids is back on ITV TONIGHT (July 13, 2019).
It starts at 8pm and lasts a whopping 1 hour and 35 minutes - ending at 9.35pm.
And similar to its previous run, the show will air every Saturday for eight weeks before the public decides who to crown their winner.
Who are the judges?
Jessie J
Jessie J made a return to the show - well, she’s making her comeback on the kids’ edition, having previously held a hosting gig on the main show.
She ended up leaving to pursue her music career only to then take on the same role over in Australia - but it looks like she’s back to solid ground and ready to find some new and young talent.
Speaking of her decision to return to the show, Jessie said: “I love kids, I love to sing and I love to share all I know about singing and performing.
“The idea of combining those three things again on The Voice Kids is a dream come true. I am grateful to have been asked back.”
Will.i.am
Will.i.am clearly loves being on The Voice, having held his position on the platform since it first aired in the UK in March 2012.
It goes without saying that Will has the credentials to be sitting in a red chair and critiquing other contestants, especially with accolades such as multiple Grammy wins, multiple chart-topping songs, to name a few.
In an interview with This Morning in 2018, the Black Eyed Peas member said he was hesitant to join The Voice Kids because he didn’t want to break other children’s hearts.
But it seemed the first series definitely convinced him to stick around, having realised that it’s not an environment where children feel pressured, scared or anxious to perform.
And if anything, their parents are always there with them.
Pixie Lott
British pop star Pixie Lott returned for another series of The Voice Kids.
She’s somewhat distanced herself from music over the years, which would evidently be because she’s caught up in television work - and now she’ll have Jessie J by her side on the panel.
The blonde beauty is famously known for songs such as Mama Do, Cry Me Out and Gravity.
Danny Jones
Danny Jones is an English musician who has proven to be quite popular with fans of the show - so no wonder why ITV has decided to bring him back.
The former McFly band member has had some pretty emotional moments on the show, famously breaking down when 11-year-old Tomos from Caernarfon, chose to sing Kelly Clarkson’s Piece by Piece.
While McFly didn’t necessarily have the best reputation in the media, it goes without saying that Danny makes a terrific fit on the show.

How does the format work for The Voice Kids?
It's definitely less brutal than the adult version, that's for sure.
The Voice Kids has kept the infamous Blind auditions, which sees judges press their button to show their interest in having that particular contestant on their team. The children's version, however, doesn't include the Knockouts.
Next up is the Battles, where three acts compete in each battle and the winner of each goes through to the semi-final. After the semi-final is the live final, where each coach will have one act.
