EastEnders fans say they’re obsessed with Ben Mitchell and Callum Highway after secret lovers romp in a park
EASTENDERS fans are "obsessed" with secret lovers Ben Mitchell and Callum Highway after they romped in a park in tonight's episode.
The pair ripped each others' clothes off and fell on the grass after tensions boiled over this week in the BBC One soap.
Ben and Callum's bond has grown and it culminated in them having sex in the dark after a few drinks in the club.
It meant that Callum cheated on Whitney Dean in scenes that viewers called 'electrifying' on Thursday night.
Before their romp, Callum broke down crying and admitted he felt lonely in his relationship with Whitney, after Ben opened up about being bullied for his sexuality throughout his life.
And as he held his hand up to wipe away Callum's tears, their eyes locked and they leaned in for a sizzling kiss.
Viewers could hear them unbuckling their belts as their passion erupted on screen.
One viewer said: "Can't deal with the tension between Ben and Callum."
Another wrote: "Officially obsessed with Ben and Callum. Please send help."
One more remarked: "That last scene with Ben and Callum... It was emotional, intense and electric! And I loved the way it was filmed, especially the kiss. I was watching with baited breath! Great job to everyone involved!"
Funeral director Callum - who is played by actor Tony Clay in the BBC soap - slept with Ben tonight after the Mitchell opened up to him about murdered love Paul Coker.
But new lovers are on a collision course over the next few weeks.
Actor Tony revealed to The Sun Online: "It wouldn't be something I'd want to be in the way of, put it that way.
"I think they should clear the air for that moment. I don't know, again, we'll have to wait and see. All it takes is one little, who will snap first, do you know what I mean?"
Stuart showed his nasty side again tonight by displaying worrying homophobic views towards his brother, seemingly convinced Ben was on a recruitment mission.
But Tony defended Stuart's behaviour and insisted it was more of Stuart just trying to protect Callum in his own deranged way.
