What time is the Bake Off: The Professionals 2019 on TV and when is the final?

The show finishes TONIGHT (June 14) at 8pm on Channel 4, when one team will be crowned winner.

The three remaining teams will battle it out to be top dog by having to create a spectacular afternoon tea in four hours, as well as a winning wedding feast in just seven hours.

The competition has seen 12 professional baker pairs from across the UK battle it out head to head in a series of trials.

Each episode sees the experts challenged in two rounds, with the judges picking the best from the lot based on their creativity and skill.

The show is hosted by former Bake Off contestant Liam Charles and comedian Tom Allen.

Adam and Sam, from the Palé Hall Hotel, were eliminated at the semi-final stage.

The pair are from Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa in Surrey.

Sarah is the head pastry chef while Leyre now works at the South Lodge Hotel in Horsham.

Thibault and Erica - 3/1

The duo are from Kimpton Fitzroy London.

The pair have worked together for three years and Thibault is described as a master of  chocolate work, while Erica is all about nailing the extra details.

Nelson and Evaldas - 4/1

The pair are from the South Place Hotel in East London.

Nelson is a self-taught pastry chef, meanwhile Evaldas works as a sous-chef under him. Evaldas previously came second in the Best Lithuania Chef competition.

What is the prize for Bake Off: The Professionals winner?

As well as being crowned the creme de la creme in the competition, the winners are also awarded an engraved silver serving tray.

The sought after award, which can be life-changing to the pair who are awarded with it, was won last year by Sam and Emmanuel.

The pair hailed from London Hilton Park Lane, who wowed the judges with their banquet display which featured a showpiece and four different desserts that combined chocolate and sugar spinning.

Who is judging the show?

The show is judged by pastry chefs Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin.

Cherish currently works as the Executive Pastry Chef at The Langham, London.

She is a multi-award winning chef, with plenty of culinary achievements under her belt.

One includes leading the Singapore Pastry team to victory in the 2000 Culinary Olympics.

Cherish has also appeared on other cookery shows including Heston’s Great British Food, Masterchef and Junior Bake Off.

She is originally from Singapore, moving to London in 2001 and has had over 20 years of international experience.

Benoit Blin is a pastry chef who is originally from Normandy in France.

He is currently the Head Pastry Chef at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxford, where he worked closely with Raymond Blanc, OBE, for 20 years.

Blin has previously judged the UK Pastry Open, National Chef of the Year and the Master of Culinary Arts Finals.
