JEMMA Lucy is celebrating being slim and stretch mark-free just days after giving birth.
The reality TV star, 31, delivered a baby girl on Saturday afternoon weighing 6lb 14 ounces.
After a whirlwind six-hour labour, Jemma shocked fans with a snap of her flat stomach just three days later.
Now in her first exclusive interview since giving birth, Jemma has told the The Sun Online she spent up to five days a week in the gym while pregnant.
"I stayed in the gym throughout my whole pregnancy," said Jemma.
"Even when times got tough and I was really tired, I just pushed through it emotionally and physically. It has paid off because I worked for it.
"I need to look good for my job and because I can't go back to the gym for about six weeks after birth I'm glad I did all the hard work beforehand.
"At the moment my body's not at its best - it's not as toned as I would like it - but I am just glad I'm not carrying more weight, excess skin or stretch marks."
The 31-year-old was convinced her baby would be overdue, but instead the little girl made a surprise arrival a fortnight before her due date.
"It was the worst pain of my life," admits the first-time mum.
"I was screaming down the corridor shouting for epidural, but they wouldn't give me it.
"It was a pain I will never be able to explain to anyone, but so worth it now I have my little baby.
"The second she was on my chest, it was the most surreal feeling.
"I love her more and more each day, she's just amazing.
"I can't stop crying, but they're all happy tears."
Jemma went through a tough time emotionally during her pregnancy when she went through difficulties with the father of her child.
But determined to keep her mind and body healthy, the former Ex On The Beach star spent most days at the gym.
She admits sobbing during her last session in the gym four weeks before giving birth.
"I just found it too painful so I ended up crying on one of the machines because it was just too difficult.
"I really pushed myself until I couldn't do it anymore."
After revealing her impressive post-baby body, Jemma came under fire from trolls who accused her of making mothers feel bad about themselves over their weight.
She said: "I've had so many incredibly supportive comments from fans about giving birth, I'm so thankful for that.
"But when I posted a picture of my body afterwards, that's when I got a lot of hate.
"I've shown that my body has gone back to what it was before. I've got a completely flat tummy, no fat and no stretchmarks.
"It's just how my body is. I've been going to the gym religiously for the past five years. I've worked so hard on how I look, making sure I eat healthily.
"If other people don't look after their bodies, that's their problem."
Jemma revealed to The Sun Online she was becoming a mum for the first time after falling pregnant unexpectedly.
She described it as the "hardest" time of her life as she spiralled into a dark place amid fears about her future.
But already the Celebrity Big Brother star says motherhood has changed her for the better.
"I felt different from day one as a person. It changes how you feel.
"I have a huge responsibility now to be the best mum and role model to my daughter.
"She comes before anything and everything. She's so important to me, it makes me want to change myself.
"And if I could change the direction of my career, I would love to. I don't want to go back to what I was doing before."

Despite fans calling for her to release her daughter's name, Jemma has chosen to keep her child's identity hidden from the public.
"It's too private," she says.
"As a protective mother, I feel like I don't want my daughter's name or face dragged into anything.
"It might not be a decision I keep forever, but for now I want it to just be the two of us.
"Just for this moment in time, I want it to be kept pure and private."
