Katie Price reveals smashed mirror in her mucky mansion after insisting it’s ‘gorgeous’ inside
KATIE Price has revealed that she still hasn't sorted out her "mucky mansion" just weeks after insisting the interior of her home is “gorgeous.”
The 41-year-old took to Instagram to share a picture of herself at home to celebrate her birthday.
But she failed to notice that the large mirror in the background was cracked and smashed in several places.
It appears there is barely a space in Katie's home that she can pose without mess in the background.
She previously revealed that she still has boarded up windows in the kitchen after they were smashed by her teenage son Harvey.
Katie previously hit back at claims she has a “mucky mansion”.
The reality star said she’s paid no attention to the upkeep of her garden and swimming pool as it’s the winter – but will do when the seasons change.
In an interview she said: “This mucky mansion thing – I’m hardly ever at my house. And my house is gorgeous inside.
“It’s like one of those houses, imagine you see a little door on the street and you think ‘I wonder what it’s like in there’ and you go inside and it’s like ‘Wow’ and massive – that’s what my house is like.
“Its winter, it’s not even summer – why would I be bothered about my garden and swimming pool yet? It’s not the summer yet.
"I’m going to get a big flag with the middle finger sign.”
Sources previously told The Sun Katie's house is in total disarray.
The eleven-bedroom Sussex property is said to have cracks in the windows, mould in the pool and animal waste on the floors.
Images taken of Katie's mansion show piles of hoarded junk outside and the state of her house has made it impossible to sell.
Katie also let cameras into her home for ITV series Through the Keyhole and viewers were quick to notice the messiness of her pad.
Fans of the series spotted horse poo on the driveway, piles of washing in the bedroom and an untidy walk-in-wardrobe.
During an appearance on Loose Women in January Katie said she was hoping to downsize her home so she doesn't need to worry as much about maintenance.
She said: "I don’t need an eleven bedroom house. Harvey goes to bed at half seven so I’m all by myself in the countryside.
“I want a five, six bedroom house so I don’t need to worry about doing it up. So much needs doing it’s a headache.”
