Spice Girl Geri Halliwell dyes her hair back to ginger after 20 YEARS just in time for the tour

GERI Horner has returned to her ginger roots just in time for the Spice Girls reunion tour.

The 46-year-old singer confirmed Ginger Spice is officially back as she shared snaps of her new orange locks.

The mum-of-two also admitted it's been more than two decades since she last rocked the bright hue.

Geri told fans she was toying with the idea of dying her hair after sharing a throwback clip from her days as a red head.

The video showed a younger Geri lying on a bed with her red locks - complete with blonde highlights - styled in edgy curls.

She teased: "Return of Ginger?  👩🏻‍🦰 👑."

And the star went through with the colour transformation just hours later as she shared snaps of her new look, courtesy of L'Oréal, on Instagram.

She wrote: "Ginger is back! Thanks to Preference shade 74 Mango.    👑."

But while Geri has returned to her days as a ginger, it seems her iconic Union Jack dress is still very much a thing of the past.

The Sun exclusively revealed earlier this month that Geri has shunned her old look for the Spice Girls’ new tour, and instead wants to wear more “age- appropriate costumes”.
