LINE of Duty's Martin Compston stunned Sunday Brunch viewers today by revealing his Scottish accent.
AC-12's Steve Arnott speaks cockney in the most watched TV show of 2019 - but the character's voice is a million miles away from that of Martin off-screen.

Despite Martin being on Channel 4 to talk about tonight's show, viewers were left open-mouthed about it.
They couldn't believe they hadn't realised before - and praised his "incredible" acting skills.
One said: "What Steve Arnott is Scottish ?? My brain cant cope .what a great actor Cant wait for tonight #LineOfDuty #SundayBrunch."

Refusing to believe it, one said: "Steve Arnott.....just no, stop putting on that accent#LineOfDuty #sundaybrunch."

During his Sunday Brunch interview, Martin hinted that viewers won't discover who H is tonight - and hopes fans won't be disappointed.
Of course, fans distracted by his Scottish accent may have missed the disappointing news.
Speaking about the feature-length finale, the 34-year-old squirmed as he teased that the bent copper might be exposed in series six.
He said: "The show has already been commissioned for another series - but who knows who will make it there.
"I think what makes Jed so good at writing is that there will be a few pay-offs. I hope people won't be disappointed.
"There will be some things resolved.
"We've got a 90-minute episode. I think it's alright."

Line of Duty has become the most-watched show of 2019 attracting more than 13million viewers.
Tonight viewers will tune in to see Superintendent Ted Hastings "laid bare", executive producer Simon Heath revealed.
He told the : “It shows drama doesn’t need special effects, crash, bang, wallop. It’s two brilliant actors across the table. It’s very emotional too.
“Ted is completely laid bare.
“Giving an insight into how intense shooting it was, some of the takes were 30 minutes long, so nobody can move, nobody can go to the toilet, eat anything.
"The whole place is on lockdown and it creates a crackling atmosphere."
