COLEEN Rooney appeared stony-faced as she stepped out in Washington today after Wayne’s prostitute Helen Wood detailed her threesome with him in a new book.

Helen – who famously had a threesome with Wayne while wife Coleen was pregnant with their first child in 2009 – is set to spill all in a new book.

Over the weekend it was revealed that the new book claims Wayne romped with Helen and then showed him Coleen’s pregnancy scan.

Guilt-stricken Rooney allegedly cried on Helen’s shoulder in a bathroom after revealing the image of one of his and Coleen’s sons.

Coleen emerged for the first time since the revelation as she paid a visit to the bakery in the US city where they now live.

The 33-year-old, who remained with Wayne despite his infidelity and has four sons with him, was dressed down in gym gear.

The Manchester United legend, 33, Coleen and a host of sports stars and celebrities are bracing themselves for the release of Helen Wood: A Man’s World, at the end of May.

There is speculation that a US version of the book may name a second United player who allegedly had a foursome involving Helen — and a well-known ­married actor who she claims hired her for sex.  It is thought they will be identified in the States as its libel laws are less strict.

A source said: “This book will make for very uncomfortable reading — not just for Wayne and Coleen but also for others. People who were Helen’s clients when she was a call girl will be quaking in their boots.”

Rooney is widely known to have romped with Helen, 32, and fellow hooker Jenny Thompson on one occasion while Coleen was pregnant.

But Helen’s book will insist she and Rooney had a string of other liaisons. The source said: “She claims Wayne saw her several times, not just the once, and in various places.

“She says he cried in an en-suite bathroom as he showed her the scan. Helen says he was wracked with guilt. He cried, as he realised the enormity of what he was doing. He begged her not to tell.”
