Daniel Craig relaxes on a yacht as he films the latest Bond film off the coast of Jamaica as his 007 double gets to work
The actor, 51, took to the high seas in Jamaica - but it looked like his hunky stunt double was doing all the work on dry land
DANIEL Craig is seen relaxing on a yacht as he shoots scenes for the latest James Bond film - all while his stunt double gets to work on dry land.
The actor looked every inch the action star as he reprised his 007 role on the coast of Jamaica.
Daniel is seen sailing solo on a custom built Spirit Yachts boat proudly flying the Red Ensign.
The 51-year-old star's hunky stunt double Jean-Charles Rousseau was on hand as he spent the day filming alongside several boats full of crew and equipment.
The film is expected to be released in cinemas on April 8, 2020 and is being directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, who has helmed box office hits such as Jane Eyre while also holding writing credits to movie titles including 2017's It.
This outing will see 007 living out his retirement in Jamaica - where Bond creator Ian Fleming wrote most of his novels - when Leiter comes to him for help to rescue a kidnapped scientist.
Bond 25 will have Ana de Armas, Lashana Lynch and Léa Seydoux as the Bond women. Naomie Harris will return as Eve Moneypenny. Oscar-winner Rami Malek will be starring as a super villain.
Daniel recently insisted he would welcome a woman taking over as James Bond.
He also said that this latest Bond movie would be his last, even though producer Barbara Broccoli hopes he could return for another outing.
He said: “This is going to be my last Bond. I think I've done enough - people are going to get sick of the sight of me. Someone else should have a go.”
Craig’s hopes for a female Bond come after Broccoli abandoned a plot to build a 007 female series around Halle Berry's Jinx character from Die Another Day six years ago.
And in 2013 Broccoli insisted that the secret service agent would be a man for the next 50 years of its existence.
Asked if Bond could be played by a woman, Broccoli admitted: “I don't know if it would actually work.
"I don't think you can just change the gender of the character without any consequences.

“We have thought about doing a female spy story and I think that could be very exciting and challenging.
“If you were going to go with a female spy, you would want to write it for a woman, because I think they have many more dimensions to them and I think you would really want to make use of that.”
And the unprecedented move has sparked concern within the Bond camp, with many departments anticipating clashes and meddling by a man who has form for rows and stern words on set.
A Bond insider said: “The move has got people’s backs up. Some are expecting constant arguments, as whatever Craig wants, he gets.”
Moreover, there is no script — and new Bond girl Ana de Armas indicated she is yet to discuss her role with director Fukunaga.
An insider said: “Bond 25 is chronically underprepared, rudderless and lacking a boss to make any sort of decisions.
“And this for a movie which is potentially make or break for the whole franchise.”
British filmmaker Danny Boyle, 62, was axed last August after failing to agree on a storyline in which he intended to kill off Bond.
The film was scheduled for release in October 2019 but was heavily delayed in order to seal Craig’s signature.
It is now scheduled to be released next year. Craig’s insurance took extra time to sort out too, because of injuries he sustained filming Spectre.
