GAME of Thrones was a bloodbath last night as several favourite characters were killed off in the Battle of Winterfell.

But now the teaser for episode four has revealed that three major characters survived.

Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) and Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen) were among those who died at Winterfell in episode three.

But the fates of Daenerys' dragons Rhaegal and Drogon and Jon Snow's direwolf Ghost were left uncertain.

Now spoilers for next week show that all three of magical creatures are still alive - and set to play a part in The Last War against Cersei Lannister in King's Landing.

Rhaegal had a brutal fight in the air against the undead Viserion and was left heavily wounded.

He had to retreat and collapsed on the ground.

Drogon was also wounded after Daenerys rode him to the ground to save Jon Snow and he was attacked by White Walkers.

But both dragons are definitely still alive as they can be spotted in the trailer for next week's episode.

One moment in the teaser shows Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) looking on as Daenerys' two remaining dragons  flying up into the sky.

Jon Snow's direwolf Ghost is also set to return as he is spotted at Winterfell.

He was last seen racing alongside Jorah Mormont and the Dothraki army towards the wights.

The Dothraki were almost instantly wiped out and there was no sign of Ghost.

But the white direwolf can be seen standing alongside the Winterfell heroes as they leave the castle.
