Mel B finally sells amazing Hollywood home for £4.5m – £4m less than she wanted – in bitter split from ex husband

Mel B has finally sold her Hollywood home for £4.5m - £4m less than she wanted - after her bitter split from ex husband.

The singer, 43 and film producer Stephen Belafonte, 43 originally listed the property at £6.96m during their divorce battle, but have accepted an offer for a knockdown price of £4.56 million.

The stunning 5,300 square foot house is a four-storey property consisting of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a home cinema, and even a chef's kitchen.

It also has it's own private gym for fitness fanatics to pump some iron, a games room for Mel's three kids to play in and a recording studio for every singer's needs.

The gorgeous Hollywood property not only has beautiful interior inside, but also has amazing features outside as it also has an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen and pool.

The home has a high-tech Control4 Smart system which allows for the customising of sound, lighting and automatic shades all over the stunning property.

The master bedroom suite has two TVs, dual bathrooms, each with their own walk-in closets and private terraces, which shows views of Downtown Los Angeles.

The former couple had to slash the price of their Hollywood mansion to sell it fast after their bitter split which was settled back in 2017 for £6.5million.

Scary Spice and Stephen tied the knot in Las Vegas in June 2007, after a five-month romance, and the pair have a daughter together called Madison Brown Belafonte who was born in September, 2001.

In March 2017, Mel B, revealed that she was divorcing Stephen and then claimed in court papers that her ex-husband repeatedly beat her in jealous rages and subjected her to years of mental and physical abuse - which he has denied.

Among the claims, Stephen also allegedly forced her to have sex with other women in threesomes that he secretly filmed and threatened to release in a bid to ruin her career - which he denies.

On April 7, 2017 Mel won a court order banning Stephen from distributing any sex tapes, photographs or other sexually explicit material.

She also accused Belafonte of having an affair with the couple's nanny Lorraine Gilles and that he arranged a sham marriage to keep her Gilles in the country.

However, he slammed her allegations, which included claims he got their nanny pregnant and called them “outrageous and unfounded.”

Although Mel B has previously admitted that she was happily married to her ex-husband, the X Factor judge admitted that women still catch her eye, despite having a husband.

The Spice Girl recently shocked the nation after confessing to having sex with former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, 46, whilst they were in the band together, and even admitted that she had great boobs.

The pair reunited for the first time since the lesbian fling claims this week for their reunion tour rehearsals.

However, in the only picture that they were seen in together, Geri has her back turned against Mel B as she responded to the claims about their lesbian relationship as "very hurtful."
