EMMERDALE fans previously speculated that Maya Stepney could kill school girl Liv Flaherty after she was caught  kissing Jacob Gallagher.  

However, the latest episode has hinted that the viewer theories are right - and the sick teacher may kill off schoolgirl Liv once and for all.

In last night's episode, viewers were left disgusted by peadophile Maya's sick threat to destroy Liv's life which has come of a result of Liv's blackmail to keep the pairs secret to herself.

Maya told her that if the secret got out: "I will make you suffer, I will pick apart your miserable little life and I will enjoy it. So keep your vile, stupid mouth shut and wait."

Fans took to Twitter to express their concerns over Liv's safety as one said: "I swear to god producers better not kill off Liv as a result of her blackmailing Maya and Jake, please kill off Maya she makes my skin crawl

Another fan wrote: " is Maya gonna try kill Liv over this. Really hope they don't try this"

Back in February, paedophile Maya Stepney was left furious after her 16-year-old love interest Jacob Gallagher kissed school girl Liv Flaherty on the village street.

Fans feared for Liv's life as Maya looked furious at the two locking lips after going on an afternoon date together.

Jacob soon lost interest in the teenager and enjoyed the attention that he received from school teacher Maya.

The pair have since developed a secret relationship, and were finally caught out when Liv walked in on a half-naked Jacob in his bedroom with Maya.

Liv asked the pair to rack up £5k to keep their relationship a secret from the village, including Jacob's adoptive dad, David Metcalfe who is actually Maya's boyfriend.
