CHRISTINE McGuinness worked up a sweat with an outdoor yoga session at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire this afternoon.
Paddy McGuinness' wife showed off her flexibility as she got into a number of difficult poses in skimpy gym gear.
Wearing a grey sports bra and tiny hotpants, Christine, 31, worked up a sweat on the mat as she showed off her yoga skills.
She reached back in a table top pose and showed off her balance as she leaned forward while standing on one leg.
The mum of three showed off her lean figure and taut abs as she performed her exercises in a crop top and tight shorts.
Christine revealed last month she felt like a “single mum” because of Paddy’s gruelling work schedule.
The Real Housewives Of Cheshire star, said: “I would be lying if I said it’s great. It’s not, it’s really tough.
“At the moment I barely see him. It is getting to the point now where I feel it is overwhelming and too much. I feel like a single parent at times. I keep thinking it will quieten down soon but actually I don’t think it will.
“I think work will be good for Paddy and he’s going to be very, very busy and so I don’t know what we’re going to do.”
