LYDIA Bright revealed her rippling six pack in a bikini on holiday in Bali, after joining the throng of Towie stars who've found fitness after the reality show.
Arg's ex sizzled on the beach in the purple number - but it was her eye-popping abs that caught the eye of fans.
One fan summed up sentiments as they wrote beneath her snap: "Got som abs, absolutely wow I want them."
But Lydia, Ferne McCann, Danielle Armstrong, Sam and Billie Faiers, Lauren Goodger, Jessica Wright, and Lucy Mecklenburgh have all revealed exactly how they toned up their bods over the years.
They've plugged a variety of crash diets, fitness apps, and health living routines since leaving Towie.
And while they look amazing in before AND after pictures, more muscle definition can definitely be seen in their after shots.
Lydia took part in reality shows such as The Jump and Celebrity Island after Towie and previously admitted she exercises every day.
She said: "I won't go to the gym or do a massive run every day but I'll try and incorporate it in to my lifestyle.
"I don't work in an office so I'm quite lucky that I'm always on my feet. I go to the gym about three times a week."
While Ferne, 28, credited her weight loss to controversial diet brand Herbalife - also favoured by Danielle - and released a fitness DVD.
Her pal Danielle dropped 21lbs after overhauling her lifestyle.
She explained: “I work out two to three times a weeks for an hour and I still enjoy going out at the weekends for dinner and a few drinks.”
Lauren, 31, also underwent a drastic juice diet but is a keen gym bunny, often posting snaps of her pert rear.
However, the star has in the past admitted having procedures including a breast job, rhinoplasty, liposuction and fillers done since finding fame.
The Faiers sisters have taken a less dramatic approach to losing and Billie, 29, insists she eats well and has ditched wild nights out since having daughter Nelly, four, and one-year-old Arthur.
"I'm always on the go," Billie told Sun Online.
"But I never have the time to go the gym.
"Greg doesn't get home until about half 5 or 6 and then it's dinner, bath and bed. I'm exhausted! So for me it's about lifestyle."
Jess Wright revealed she had embarked on a fitness journey after cruel trolls mocked her bikini body.
She told Lorraine at the time: “I felt awful when it happened. All these pictures came out and I was devastated.
"It's hard, but I just say f*** them.”
She launched a programme, Fi7ness by Jessica Wright, and hasn't looked back since.

And she's not the only one, with Lucy Mecklenburgh being the first to launch an online fitness portal six years ago.
Results With Lucy now has hundreds of thousands of subscribers.
Lucy believes “all things in moderation” is the only way to go, not starvation diets and “quick fixes” that don’t last.
Lucy — who is dating former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas — told The Sun: “It’s never easy to start something new but it’s good to set a date and say, ‘This is when I’m going to start living healthier’."
