JACQUELINE Jossa shared a cryptic post about forgiveness after husband Dan Osborne's cheating scandal.
The ex EastEnders actress, 26, also hinted she has sought the help of a therapist in the midst of her marital woes.
Jacqueline kicked off her empowering post by revealing she often saw a counsellor during her years on the EastEnders set to help cope with fame.
She wrote: "[Therapy] comes in handy and doesn't mean you've lost the plot.
"It means you are in control and owning your stuff! Never be afraid to ask for help or even just go for a chat.
"You don't need to be going through a terrible time to need guidance and help."
Jacqueline also pointed out that people are quick to fix issues on the outside but often neglect their minds.
She continued: "We tend to stuff our feelings into boxes never to be opened again instead of dealing and healing.
"Say sorry for the things you know you are doing wrong, it will set you free.
"Forgive someone you know is sorry and let it go, it will set you free.
"Talking to a therapist, getting some counselling doesn't mean you aren't well. #takecontrol".
Jacqueline and Dan's marriage was thrown into turmoil last month after he was spotted kissing Love Island star Alexandra Cane in a Manchester Club, claims which he has denied.
The couple, who married in 2017, have two children - Ella, 4, and Mia, 8 months - live together in Kent - though Jacqueline booted him out of the house when she learned of his antics.
One eyewitness on the night out told The Sun Online: "Dan was all over Alexandra. At one point he grabbed her and kissed her."

Another onlooker added: "He was putting his hands all on her - grinding against her and thrusting his hips."
The pair left together and Dan later followed Alexandra on Instagram.
He later posted an emotional video on social media insisting he hadn’t kissed the Love Island star.
