She then showed off her archery skills in a video she also uploaded to Instagram.

Amanda captioned the footage: "I bloody love doing these! #RobinofSherwood #Clannad #archery @ritzcarltondubai #rcmemories".

Holden owes her fabulous figure to working up a sweat doing boxing -  and is also a fan of the celeb favourite Prestige bootcamp in Portugal for a good juicing retreat.

She told the  TV life magazine: "I go to a fitness camp in Portugal before the live shows.

"I'm a vegetarian so for me it's lots of avocado, chickpeas and quinoa salads as well as hikes and boxing."

She had plenty to celebrate after the Britain's Got Talent's launch became the most watched TV show of the year, as viewers emotionally welcomed Ant McPartlin's return after a difficult year off.

Ant was reunited with his side-kick Declan Donnelly for Saturday night's series 16 opener - and the stats show he's clearly been missed by the British public.

The talent show has recorded the highest audience figures of the year, peaking with a massive 9.7 million viewers, and a 50% share of the viewings.

It drew an average of 8.3million viewers, overtaking Line of Duty season 5 opener last Sunday which drew in an average 7.8 million.

The BBC police drama had been holding the year's top spot.

Ant, 43, missed the live shows of the 2018 series after stepping back from his TV commitments following his drink drive arrest last March, leaving Dec, also 43, to present them alone for the first time in the show's history.

The Geordie favourite took the rest of the year off to focus on his health and wellbeing but finally returned to our screens yesterday, with fans were delighted to see the duo back together.

Ant and Dec are already 'in sync' and Ant McPartlin shows no sign of 'anxiety' during Britain's Got Talent return
