Pregnant Brooke Vincent ‘feels so special’ after revealing her baby news and says a ‘massive thank you’ to fans
PREGNANT Brooke Vincent "feels so special" after fans showered her with love following her baby news.
The actress, 26, who plays Sophie Webster in Coronation Street, and footballer boyfriend Kean Bryan thanked all those who congratulated the couple after yesterday's revelation.
Brooke wrote on Twitter last night: "I just want to say a massive thank you to everybody that has gone out of their way today to like, message and make me and my new little family feel so special.
"We’ve just sat and read through all comments and well wishes and I just want to say we are so grateful to have so much love for our news.
"It’s is defiantly going to be one loved baby. We have the best people around us and thank you again for taking the time to congratulate us.."
Brooke admitted she'd feared she would never get pregnant when she announced her news in OK! Magazine .
The actress, who has starred on Corrie for 15 years, said: "I always worried it wouldn’t happen for me - I’m beside myself with happiness.
“I’ve been playing songs to the bump and sometimes I sit and cry about how much I love my baby!
"I’ve always wanted to be a mum, so I’m really excited.”
And she told the publication she hopes the child follows in her acting footsteps rather than the Sheffield United defender’s.
"I like to think I’m the boss of our relationship but Kean has a really wise head on his shoulders, so I know he’ll be a brilliant dad.

“I’ve said to Kean that I hope our child is a show off, I want it to be a performer like me.”
And she insists the gender won’t be known until the big day, but wouldn’t stay quiet on her prediction.
The former Dancing On Ice contestant added: “We want it to be surprise, which has amazed all my friends because I’m usually so impatient. I think it’s a boy.”
