CAROL Vorderman continues to wow by showing off her long, lean legs as she works out at home in her knickers.
The 58-year-old is smiling in a pair of black pants and a vest top for the post-workout selfie.
Taking to Twitter, she posted two gym snaps showing off her swimming pool and home gym.
She captioned it: "Totally agree with @jamescracknell #BoatRace 👍 keep on moving no matter what your age😎 #MindAndBody Eg.Gym at home a couple of summers ago #56yo #swimming #weights #ScruffyHomeGymGear. and flying my plane. Every day is a bonus...living them all with a great big grin 😘."
She was of course honouring rower James, who became the oldest ever winner of the Boat Race aged 46, as his team Cambridge beat Oxford.
Carol's fabulous figure has gained a lot of fans.
She won the Rear of the Year award in 2011 and 2014 and it made headlines again recently when it looked rather Kardashian-esque.
So much so, she even copied Kim's famous Paper magazine shoot by balancing a Champagne glass on her bottom.

But the Countdown legend insists it is all natural, telling the : "I promise I haven’t had bottom implants... I’ve been working out for decades, so the shape of mine is down to years of keeping fit."
She also shared her gym secrets on Twitter after mesmerising fans with her hourglass figure in recent snaps.
Carol shared the programme behind her look; alternating lower and upper body days with additional core exercises factored in.
She also says she walks seven miles a day - and credits "getting up to mischief" with a "number of special friends" for keeping her trim and youthful!
Speaking about her fancymen - who are all younger than her - she says: "I hate the phrase 'me time', but it’s the first time in my life I haven’t been looking after anyone, and I intend to enjoy every minute."
Carol raised her two children - Katie, 26, and Cameron , 22, both students - from her second marriage to Patrick King.
She also cared for her mum full-time who tragically died two years ago.
