JOHN Hannah is a familiar face to many after having starred in a host of big movies and TV productions over the years.
And now he's back in new BBC series The victim. Here's what you need to know about the actor.
How old is John Hannah?
John Hannah was born in Lanarkshire, Scotland on April 23, 1962 - making him 56-years-old.
The actor attended the prestigious Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama before taking on bit parts in theatre productions and film and TV.
But his big break came in 1994 when he was cast as Matthew in Four Weddings and a Funeral - for which he was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor BAFTA.
What else has the Four Weddings and a Funeral star been in?
Although it was Four Weddings and a Funeral that propelled him to international stardom, John has gone on to star in a host of other films that you may recognise him from.
Including Sliding Doors alongside Gwyneth Paltrow and The Mummy trilogy.
He also starred as Dr Iain McCallum in McCallum and Jack Osbourne in Cold Blood.
Among his other television credits are Quintus Lentulus Batiatus in Spartacus and Jack Cloth in A Touch of Cloth and Dr.Holden Radcliffe in Agents of S.H.I.E.LD.
He also starred in 2018's Overboard alongside Anna Faris and Eugenie Derbez.

Is John Hannah married?
Yes- John is married to Danish-British actress Joanna Roth.
The couple got hitched on January 20, 1996 and have two children together.
He has revealed that he proposed to her by writing on a tablecloth in Sri Sriam restaurant in London.
John lives with his family in Richmond.

The Victim premiered on Monday April 8 on BBC One.
The final episode airs tonight (April 11) at 9pm on BBC One.
Speaking about the production John said: “It is great to be back filming in Scotland especially as Rob has delivered in DI Grover an exquisitely drawn character.
"On first appearance he seems pretty straight forward but I'm pleased to report that audiences will soon find out that this is far from the case.”
