Eastenders star Tamzin Outhwaite reveals she’s ‘surrounding herself with positivity’ a day after cheating ex-husband Tom Ellis has wedding shower with fiancée

EASTENDERS star Tamzin Outhwaite shared a cryptic Instagram post about staying positive today - just a day after ex-husband Tom Ellis's wedding shower.
The soap actress, 48, said she was "surrounded herself with positivity" after Tom revealed he had spent the weekend celebrating his upcoming nuptials to fiancee Meaghan Oppenheimer.
Her post read: "The future, the worry, the regret, the anxiety - these are all mental events that do not have to be part of the difficulty of life; these can be transcended here and now."
Tamzin then delved even deeper, captioning the snap: "All wasted emotions and feelings. They help nothing and nobody. Eradicating them from daily life is the key.
"I know when I feel anxious or worried it’s easy to get negative. Surround yourself with positivity... ."
It came after Tom shared pictures of himself kissing fiancee Meaghan - who he began dating in 2016.
He gushed: "Thank you so much for hosting our little wedding shower yesterday. And for for letting us trash his pad.
"And for looking so beautiful and loving me so good. ."
Tamzin and the Miranda star married in 2006 in Somerset after meeting the year before through mutual friend James McAvoy.
They went on to have two daughter Florence in 2008 and Marnie in 2012 but divorced in 2014 after Tom cheated with one of his co-stars.

The actor confessed to a one-night stand while filming Gothica in the States in 2013 - but Tamzin later hinted it was more than a one-off.
She said: “I wouldn't not be with my husband over a one-night stand is all I'll say."
Tamzin has since moved on with toy boy Tom Child, 27, and even moved the actor into her London home last April.
