Mel B confesses to sex with Geri Halliwell as Mel C screams in the audience after being grilled by Piers Morgan

PIERS Morgan has aired footage of Mel B confessing to having sex with Spice Girls co-star Geri Halliwell - with Mel C SCREAMING in the audience.

The 53-year-old interviewer played the clip of his forthcoming Life Stories interview with the singer on Good Morning Britain today.

He's seen asking her: "You were coming here to be brutally honest - did or didn't you sleep with Geri Halliwell? Did you sleep with her?"

She swerves the question, saying: "Yeah. We all slept in a bed together, but not like that, all of us."

Piers pins the 43-year-old down, asking: "Did you sleep with Geri like that?"

She smiles and eventually nods - as Piers squawks: "Yes? Really?"

Mel B then erupts: "She's going to hate me for this because she's all posh in her country house with her husband."

The camera then cuts to Mel C, 45, with her mouth wide open and seemingly screaming from the studio audience.

Back on the Good Morning Britain set, Susanna Reid, 48, said of Mel B: "She couldn't help herself. She still could have said: 'I'm not going to talk about it.'"

Piers added: "I love Mel C's face in the audience."

He added that Mel B hurriedly called Geri straight after the show to confess what she'd told Piers.

The host explained: "There was a lot of flurried activity after the recording.

"I said: 'Where's Mel?' They said: 'She's just making a call to try and smooth things over.'"

Geri has said in the past that she didn't like the experience, telling American DJ Howard Stern in the 90s: “I had lesbian sex once. I realised quickly I was not a lesbian."

She added: "I don’t mind boobs but the other bit is not my cup of tea. I didn’t like the lesbian thing. It is part of experimenting. I was drunk at the time.”
