Tom Cruise’s daughter Isabella, 26, claims Scientology saved her life after she was left ‘drowning in problems’
Isabella has now trained to be a Scientology auditor - which means she is qualified to quiz other Scientologists about their deepest, darkest secrets
TOM Cruise's daughter Isabella revealed she was "drowning in problems" but that undertaking Scientology training costing thousands of dollars helped save her.
In a rare promotional email sent round to Scientologists in London, Isabella tells how she has now qualified to be an "auditor" which means she can now quiz other Scientology followers about their deepest, darkest secrets using an e-meter - a kind of crude lie detector.
In the email, obtained by Scientology expert Tony Ortega and shared with Sun Online, Isabella, 26, encourages other followers at the London "Org" to undertake the same training she did.
She writes: “I became that annoying girl in the org who would just talk endlessly about how incredible training is and how phenomenal the internship is.
"I’m sure a few people couldn’t deal just like I couldn’t. But I won’t stop with that because now I KNOW.
"We all need to do this. It’s hard work. It’s a lot of effort.
"Tom Cruise is highly admired by Scientologists," he said.
"The exception is that in 2004, when David Miscavige [Scientology's leader] famously gave him the 'Freedom Medal of Valor' and said that Cruise was 'the most dedicated Scientologist I know,' a lot of Sea Org people - who signed billion-year contracts and work around the clock, 365 days a year - really felt slighted.
"That resentment definitely lingered. But your average Scientologist is super proud that Cruise is a member, and very happy that his kids Isabella and Connor are too.
"I think this is a huge coup to get Isabella to do a promo like this.
"I have never seen a celeb (even a minor one) do a promo for 'training' - the work to become an auditor.
"This not only shows that she's dedicated to the church, it reinforces that Tom is fully on board, and it suggests to rank-and-file members that the famous members are behind Scientology leader Miscavige and they should be too.
"Now that she's trained as an auditor, she'll be able to do the questioning involved in auditing, which means, she'll be helping others plumb the depths of their pasts to discover the secrets that are holding them back."
Tony estimates that an auditor training package costs about £14,000 but says "it's usually wrapped up in other courses and the price is probably higher."
Isabella and her brother Connor, 24, are the Top Gun actor's adopted kids. Connor is also a Scientologist.
Last month Sun Online revealed how police in Clearwater, Florida, were investigating Scientology over allegations of child sex abuse.
Former Sea Org member Serge Gil also told how he was molested and abused by several high profile members of the religion as a teen.
