EUROVISION star Conchita Wurst looks completely different in his new music video.

He ditched the glam drag clothes but kept the beard for a dramatic new look.

Conchita showed off his jaw-dropping transformation in his .

Gone were the long brunette locks he is famous for as well as the stunning dresses he wore to win Eurovision in May 2014.

Instead he showed off a short silver crop with a fringe and matching grey beard, and grey hoodie in once scene.

In another clip he showed off his trim figure in a tight black top and joggers, as he ditched the long glamorous gowns.

Conchita is the stage name and persona of Austrian singer Thomas Neuwirth.

In 2017, Tom told German newspaper Die Welt he wanted to 'kill' off Conchita.

He said: "I feel like I want to create a new person… without the bearded lady. I have achieved everything I wanted since the Song Contest victory.

“[Tom] wants to get out, show himself," referring to Conchita, he added dramatically: "I have to kill her.”

Despite his success after winning Eurovision, Conchita's world fell apart when he was forced to reveal he was HIV positive after being blackmailed by a former boyfriend.

The bearded performer wrote that he had received medical treatment and that he was feeling healthy and strong.

He wrote that "coming out is better than being outed by a third party".

He added that his reason for going public was "to encourage (others) and make a step against the stigmatisation of people who through their own behaviour or through no fault of their own were infected with HIV."
