The fans are , with Louis tragically losing his mother Johannah to leukaemia in December 2016.
Sharing a sweet photo of Louis with Félicité, known as Fizzy, to the Just Giving page, the account wrote: "We were shocked and saddened to hear the news of Fizzy's passing.
"As fans, it's hard to know what to do in times like these. If you would like to make a donation and leave some kind words for Louis and his family, that is a way we can show our support while giving the family the privacy they need.
"We love you, Louis, and our hearts are with you."
And fans have donated in their hundreds, so far raising over $6,000 [£4,500] for the cause.
One generous donor wrote: "In memory of Fizzy, rest in peace beautiful and kind angel. My thoughts are with the family, stay strong!"
Another shared: "Donating in memory of Jay and Félicité.
"Donating in honour of the incredible Tomlinson family and in recognition of their strength and bravery in such awful circumstances. Sending Louis all my love."
A third said: "For Fizzy. For her family, friends, and all those who loved her.
"May these messages reach you and bring you some comfort. May you have the space and time to grieve this unimaginable loss. All the love."
