LORRAINE Kelly has admitted she could be persuaded to go on Strictly Come Dancing... if she is paired with Kevin Clifton.
The star, 59, has always ruled herself out of appearing on the BBC ballroom show, but she didn't refuse when Kevin Clifton, who won last year with Stacey Dooley, asked her to dance with him.
Kevin appeared on ITV's Lorraine today and declared: "I know you've been saying to me that you'd never do it because you think you'd be terrible. But I reckon I could teach you to dance.
"Lorraine for Strictly, I'm saying it now!"
The chat-show host seemed to change her tune about her Strictly chances and replied: "Oh gosh. Well if I was with you, and you just twirled me around a lot, and I could kind of move from side to side, maybe that would work."
But Kevin, who has joined ITV's All Star Musicals as a judge with John Barrowman, insisted that he could do better, adding: "Nah, I could get you salsaing away in no time."
The presenter is certainly fit enough to take on a challenge after she lost 2st - despite still eating chocolate.
Lorraine underwent a major makeover and overhauled her diet and exercise regime, but she still treats herself to a delicious snack every so often.
She admitted she used to be a "big lass" until she embarked on a healthy-eating campaign and started exercising regularly.
The presenter also credited exercise with helping boost her confidence, but she insisted diets and exercise should not make you miserable.
Lorraine is adamant that overly-strict eating plans "do not work" and dieters should still be able to have a treat now and then.
She also admitted she has a stash of chocolate bars hidden away at home in case she feels like indulging.
She told and on This Morning: "I keep quite keep a few (chocolate bars) behind cushions (on the sofa) just in case. I think it’s important to have a bit of what you fancy."
Lorraine previously revealed £5 exercise classes have helped her shed the pounds.

She said: "Over the last couple of years I’ve been going to exercise classes with my friend Maxine just over the road in a wee church hall in Mile End (London.) It only costs a fiver.
"We get hot and sweaty and that actually gives me energy! Plus, it clears my head when I’m stressed or feeling overwhelmed."
Meanwhile, the BBC reportedly has a wish list of stars to join this year including Zara Phillips, her husband Mike Tindall and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, according to a new report.
