PAUL Hollywood has been axed from the BBC’s Good Food Show after his feud with Mary Berry - and replaced by his ex-wife Alex.
The Bake Off judge, 53, fell out with his former co-judge at last year’s event in Birmingham over his treatment of Alex, a close pal of Mary’s, who he dumped in favour of current partner, 23-year-old Summer Monteys-Fullam.
And now to rub salt into the wound Alex, 54, will be taking his place alongside Mary for her demonstration at the NEC in June.
A source said: “Mary has made it clear were her loyalties lie - and it’s not with Paul.
“She’s still upset with how he behaved with Alex and is not even making an attempt to get to know Summer.
“And to avoid any awkwardness with Paul, she’s more than happy to work with Alex and help boost her profile as a budding celebrity cook.”
During last November’s BBC Good Food Show Event where both Mary and Paul did cookery demonstrations, the BBC favourite snubbed Summer and refused to be pictured with her former Bake Off colleague.
Mary also refused to be on stage with him, insisting: “He is always working an angle.”
When Paul suggested Mary should join him, she said “no quite forcefully,” according to a source at the event.
