While the actual desserts consumed didn't actually include any breast milk, the mere thought of Lenny guzzling the liquid over 15 takes nearly tipped Ricky over the edge.

When asked about the laugh out loud scene, Tony exclusively told The Sun Online: "All of those ideas were there in the script but they weren't fully formed. A lot of that came from rehearsals on the day.

The stuff that really gets you is the stuff that happened by surprise. The breast milk rice pudding eating... I made some slurping sounds and then, because Ricky shoots the classic comedy way of two people in shot nearly all the time, that's Laurel and Hardy, It's the funniest way to look at a joke; that looks brilliant, but the problem is if the other person laughs you have to do it again.

"You end up eating 15 little milk puddings and then Ricky starts gagging because he feels sick, and then everyone starts to feel sick..."

The scene affected viewers in a similar way.

Some claimed they "threw up" as the mum slid two of the puds over the table, with photographer Lenny slurping them up, as Ricky's journalist character Tony grimaced: "It's like a Labrador."

The star was then seen violently gagging as his mate ate the "natural" dessert.

He eventually recovered - until the lady added: "For the bread, I use my own vaginal yeast" sparking another round of retching from Ricky's character.

Once they're outside, Tony told him: "You never need to use your own vaginal yeast to make bread. Go to the shops, get a lovely loaf."
