Katie Price slammed by judge for ‘lack of respect’ as she skips court to stay in Thailand after ‘F-word rant at Kieran Hayler’s lover at school gates’
The mum-of-five, 40, faces two counts of threatening behaviour
KATIE Price was today slammed by a judge for "a lack of respect" after she skipped a court hearing to stay in Thailand with lover Kris Boyson.
The mum-of-five, 40, failed to show up at Crawley Magistrates Court after cops charged her over an alleged playground row where she is said to have screamed "Are you enjoying f***ing my husband” at ex Kieran Hayler's new girlfriend.
District Judge Amanda Kelly blasted: “I believe she hasn’t turned up today. She has something better to do."
"This demonstrates a lack of respect for the court process."
The case was adjourned for next week while Price finishes a lavish holiday in Thailand.
Last September she came face to face with Kieran Hayler’s new lover Michelle Pentecost when she arrived to pick up their children Jett and Bunny.
Cops were called after shocked parents went to the school head to demand a ban on the celebrity mum collecting her children.
The row allegedly took place on the first day of her children’s new school year - just hours after Price jetted in from party resort Magaluf.
I believe she hasn’t turned up today. She has something better to do.
District Judge Amanda Kelly
A charge sheet accused her of using “threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress”.
Ex-husband Kieran had been caring for his two children with the Loose Women presenter, while her other ex-husband Peter Andre looked after Princess, 11, and Junior, 13.
Kieran was said to have started dating Michelle after meeting at the primary school their children attend.
Earlier this month Price threatened to take her children out of the school, reportedly saying she feels like the "black sheep of the playground".
The alleged blast left the former glamour model feeling "really awkward about collecting them [the kids] every day”, it is said.
Katie was once said to be worth £40million, but is thought to have blown a fortune on partying, surgery and luxury holidays.
ROW AFTER MAGALUF TRIP
It is not the first time the former glamour model has been slammed by a judge.
In January this year, she was scolded by Judge Nigel Dean during a hearing into claims she was drink-driving her pink Range Rover.
She was later cleared of the allegation but convicted of the lesser charge of being drunk while in charge of a vehicle and given a £1,500 fine and a three-month ban.
At the hearing, the 40-year-old had asked to keep her address confidential - with her lawyer saying she was hoping to become "anonymous".
Her solicitor said: "The position is she has been trying to become anonymous for some time."
DIVA WENT ON THAI HOLS WITH NO KIDS
But District Judge Dean denied the request for special treatment, saying: "I think the public and members of the press are entitled to know the address of the defendant.
"All defendants are treated equally."
She was spotted in Thailand this week despite racking up a staggering £2.1million of debts after staving off bankruptcy.
She jetted to South East Asia for a week-long luxury getaway without any of her kids in tow.
Harvey, 16, whose dad Dwight Yorke isn't involved in his life, has been left with salon owner and plus-sized influencer Louisa Roy.
Last month Katie revealed she was putting Harvey into residential care because he is too much of a handful for her to look after full time and was scaring his siblings
Appearing on This Morning, the pained star explained: "He is now six foot two, 24 stone and he's still growing and he kicks off.
"I love him so much, he's my absolute life, but he's just hard work now."
At his school they do boarding there. It's taken me ages to be convinced it is the best place."
At least when he's at school, he can do Monday to Friday after school club, I can still go up there and tuck him into bed and have dinner with him."[It's] only Monday to Friday. Every weekend and holidays I will have him."
