Liam Neeson makes first red carpet appearance since ‘black b******’ racist row
LIAM Neeson has made his first red carpet appearance since his shameful "black b******" racist row.
The Irish actor, 66, posed for pictures at The White Crow UK premiere in London after being branded a "racist".
"But my immediate reaction was I asked, did she know who it was? No.
"What colour were they? She said it was a black person.
"I went up and down areas with a cosh, hoping I’d be… approached by somebody.
"I’m ashamed to say that, and I did it for maybe a week – hoping some [Neeson gestures air quotes with his fingers] ‘black b******’ would come out of a pub and have a go at me about something, you know? So that I could kill him."
After the comment caused worldwide outrage, Liam appeared on Good Morning America to insist he isn't a racist - but still refused to apologise.
"I did seek help," the Taken actor explained.
"I went to a priest, who heard my confession and also later confided in two friends and would go out power-walking for two hours a day to get this [anger] out of me."
