WES Nelson is practising the headbanger with Vanessa Bauer ahead of the Dancing On Ice final as he throws himself into training to 'forget about ex Megan Barton Hanson'.
The 20-year-old has made it to the final three of the ITV skating competition alongside James Jordan and Saara Aalto.
Wes and partner Vanessa want to throw everything at the final this Sunday, and are bringing back the dangerous headbanger move.
Taking to his Instagram Stories today, Wes showed off his rehearsals, spinning Vanessa around while holding her feet.
After four rotations, the pro skater lands safely back on her skates, proving Wes has the technique down.
Their latest training comes after The Sun Online revealed Wes is training TWELVE hours a day to try and stop himself pining over ex Megan, 24.
A Dancing On Ice insider told the Sun Online: "Wes and Vanessa were rehearsing for 12 hours straight last week.
"That's a serious amount of time on the ice, taking breaks of course, just to get things right.
"Being on the ice is just the distraction he needs right now, especially with everything that's going on with Megan.
"The training is keeping him focused - he wants to do his best but it has been hard for him emotionally."
