Coronation Street reveals first look at Norris Cole’s comeback as Malcolm Hebden returns to set

NORRIS Cole is back on Coronation Street, the soap has revealed.
Actor Malcolm Hebden has returned to play the busybody former newsagent for a brief stint after being forced to take a break after suffering a heart attack in 2017.
A picture of him on set in his living room was posted on to the soap's Instagram page.
The caption read: "Norris Cole - back where he belongs. Welcome home Malcolm Hebden - see him on screen in April! #Corrie #Norris #BehindTheScenes #Exclusive"
Earlier this month it was revealed Malcolm would return to filming for a short-term comeback.
His co-star Dolly-Rose Campbell had revealed he is back to his best and will soon be back.
She told the Daily Star: "He looks great. He is looking really healthy. He's really well."
He recently told how his life was saved by the surgery he had, adding: "Fortunately I didn't realise how bad it was. I was dying."
Norris was briefly mentioned on the show in January when he sent word to Rita Tanner of his intentions to sell The Kabin to fund his travels with Emily Bishop.

He later sold the business to Brian and Cathy leaving Rita incensed.
But she agreed to stay on as the manager to help the couple learn the business, however that could all change for when Norris makes his comeback.
