MEGAN McKenna has posted a sweet throwback of her face before she discovered lip injections.
The star shared a snap of her younger self and her brother, Harry, on their parents' sofa and eating ice creams.
She wrote: "Happy birthday H. Throwback to when I was taller than you! Love you @harryjmckenna".
The former Towie star has previously spoken to The Sun's Fabulous about vowing never to have extreme surgery.
She said: “I’m not against it [plastic surgery]. Obviously I get my lips done. I’ve not had any other surgery.
“I completely disagree with the bum thing, apparently the surgery is really dangerous.
“And I just think you shouldn’t be doing things like that. That’s my opinion.
"I’m not against boob jobs but I haven’t got one and I’m not planning any time soon to have one.”
In the past Megan has revealed that she gets her lips done at the Natasha Lucy Clinics, which offer lip augmentation from £350.
Megan previously told how she has no choice but to ignore her critics.
She added: “I just think keep your opinion to yourself. Like people obviously have insecurities.
"That’s why they get things done, so why are you going to try make me feel even more insecure?
“People are horrible but I’ve learnt to literally ignore it.
“I just think if you do it right, if you don’t go crazy and you’re really unhappy with something I just feel like why, if you have the money to do it, do it if it’s going to make you happy.
“But don’t go extreme. I really don’t agree with people who look literally plastic like Barbie dolls.
“I just don’t think that’s attractive.”
